Horrible experience. I went through the drive through this afternoon. I sat and sat. Finally after 10 minutes I heard a mumbled sound. I tried to give the person my order but all I heard back was "bqby". I drove to the window but the young girl didn't come to the window. I honked for over 5 minutes. She finally came to the window and said she's the only one there and they are busy and handle walk-ins first !!!!????? What's wrong with in order of arrival. Anyway I asked for mgrs name and she refused. Finally I got a name and said I would come in. We were both quite frustrated. I'm handicapped and have a difficult time without my walker which I didn't bring because I wasn't planning on getting out. It's now 15 minutes that I have been trying to order. As I go in she takes other people before me knowing how long I have been waiting. Then the order was WRONG! No apology, no I'll fix it. There were two other customers who she had already served. If they are not going to answer drive through put a sign up instead of being so rude! Absolutely terrible.

Rant No customer service. No kindness. Just bad attitudes and the kind of energy that makes you never want to come back. Me and my family walked in, right behind another customer waiting to be helped. Three boys were working. One was making snow cones, the other two were on drive‑thru. Not ONE of them greeted us, smiled, or even said "We'll be right with you." They just stared at us... and kept starring at the one boy making the snowcones. After standing there awkwardly with zero acknowledgment, we decided fine, we'll try the drive thru instead. Big mistake. When we ordered a strawberry colada with tropic crème, the kid taking the order snapped with a tone "WE DON'T HAVE TROPIC CRÈME. You want condensed milk?" I said sure, fine. Then we ordered a small piña colada with BRM, not realizing it comes with tropic crème. Cue another annoyed tone: "So what you want? Just ice cream? Like I said, we don't have tropic crème." At that point, we just said sure to end the interaction. THEN as if that wasn't enough he says, "I'll give you your total at the window," and loudly says "oh my God" like we were inconveniencing him!! I'm assuming he said that to his coworkers and not realizing our windows are down and we can still hear the speaker! Well that was nice 'welcome to Katy' smack in the face/after dinner treat with the fam

Really. 20 minutes in the drive thru? I'm not sure what they're doing but this is kind of ridiculous.

Friendly service but they need to work on their ratio's. We went inside and while we waited we overheard a few people go back and ask for more syrup. Sure enough ours were 2/3rd of plain ice.

Every time we order from the Katy Bahama Buck's we have to return it. My wife loves snow cone and keeps giving them a try! I'm done with my order always being wrong, but oh well what can I do?

Good snow! Never tried the drive thru but the niece and I go here a lot. The flavors are crazy and they even have sugar free options.

    My favorite: Christmas Tree!

Been to several Bahama Buck's locations over the Houston/Cypress/Katy area and this one is the absolute BEST! Always have the flavors I want and customer service is awesome. Yes, the wait can sometimes be long but at this location it is worth it!

Trying to pick a place to eat in Katy Asia town can be overwhelming, and sadly, many places are underwhelming, but not SnowCano! Family-owned and operated, you'll always see the owner Quin behind the counter making all the drinks and snacks piping hot and fresh! She's super passionate and wants to offer the best and you can really taste the quality in her food! She doesn't compromise quality despite how hard the F&B are being hit right now. If you're lucky, you'll get to meet her mom too! She's so friendly and kind! My favorite on their drink menu is the yin yang coffee - a spin off of a cafe sua da with their signature teddy bear coffee to prevent diluting the drinks with water! Such a cute and smart way to keep your coffee cold and still tasting like coffee down to the last sip! I also love their teas and most recently tried their mango tea as well! Perfect level of sweetness! The star of the show has to be the bread on their banh mi!! Please try it and tell me what you think! Their bread is 100!!! The pork Banh mi is my favorite and is moist! Could use a little more flavor tho! But the pork itself is solid! Their popcorn chicken is a staple and also a go-to favorite of ours! Quin is a passionate, small business owner who really cares about her patrons and serving the best quality food and drinks! Love coming back again and again!

Since this establishment is in a town called Katy in Texas, I needed to know how far of a trek it would. This establishment is so cute! The have a photo area, billiards and a foosball table. I can probably stay here for hours. As my friends and I entered, I was greeted by a staff. She was super friendly and personable. The staff here are awesome! As we wanted to try a bunch of stuff, we ordered tea drinks, coffee drinks, banh mi's, and chicken wings. The drinks were all modified as I like my drinks less sweet. The coffee bear was super cute! I do regret not being able to try the shave ice/snow. I guess it'll just have to make another trip out there!

I have a ton of younger cousins who are always working with an allowance budget, so finding somewhere that can actually appease their appetite without breaking the bank is not easy--especially if you're feeding 10+ kids. MeetFresh's $15 giant desserts are truly the king of both budget and flavor. I cannot stress enough how much of a hit this place was the first time I recommended it to my cousins. Whether I'm with them or not, they always make a point to stop by whenever they drive into Houston from College Station. For that reason alone, MeetFresh holds a special place in my heart. It has given my large family a fun, worthwhile experience time and time again. On my most recent visit, we had a friend flying in from Chicago, so we brought him and his girlfriend here. We collectively ordered the Taro Mochi Milk Shaved Ice, and wow--if you're a fan of Chinese herbal flavors, this is the dessert for you. I usually stick with the mango or strawberry fruit dishes, but this one reminded me of Sâm Bổ Lượng, a Vietnamese chè/sweet soup. The flavors were earthy, comforting, and perfectly balanced in sweetness. I genuinely could not stop eating it until the very end, when all that was left was a puddle of melted ice and mixed-up dessert "schlop" -- LOL. Truly, thank you, MeetFresh, for being such a great place to gather, share, and enjoy dessert without needing a huge budget.

It is anything but in point of fact, it is in my estimation, a unique culinary experience. I don't write from the perspective of comparing this food to other Malaysian dishes that I've had in point of fact to the best of my recollection I don't think that I've ever had Malaysian cuisine. But if this restaurant is an example, I have missed a great deal. The food is very unique the servings are very gracious charitable. The prices are incredibly reasonable given the distinction of this particular cuisine and given the portions and quality of food that is served. The service is quite simple and the restaurant is actually quite small. However, I must tell you from A service perspective. It's truthfully amazing because the takeout business is extremely active. Not to mention the fact that the chef walks out and speaks to people will share anything that you want to know about Malaysian food and obviously from the quality of the food that I ate not only is his explanation thorough but my guess is his skills are incredible. As I said it is very small so it's difficult to Alpine about the ambience other than it was quite clean and given the number of whom I suspect were Malaysian people it's obviously quite popular within that community. So I take that to be a sign that this food is quite native in nature. I had a pork meal, which is only on Sundays. I spoke to the chef about it, and he explained that the preparation started one day in advance of actually serving the meal, so I understand why it is only served once a week. Although I must tell you because I lack familiarity it seemed to me that I would be hours and hours trying to replicate any of the dishes. All I can tell you is this if you are in an exploratory mood for a cuisine and have had or have not had Malaysian before I suspect this is a place to go. Quite informal, extremely fair pricing very generous portions great service very pleasant people and frankly it's a a family affair of what you will see many when you go. Quite a lovely experience.
