A Frisco staple. We wait every year for opening day. Great snow cones with plenty of flavor options to choose from and amazing prices!!! A favorite amongst the locals.

We keep returning to Frisco snow cone lady to beat this TX heat and it does not disappoint. Our favorite flavors so far have been vanilla, tigers blood and the Miami vice! But really you can't go wrong with any of their flavors. Also, ask for the cream- it tastes perfect with it. You can't beat the price (believe me you need the large cup!)

So many flavors. Prices now $3.75 for a large. Hope this description helps people before they go.

This is supposed to be a grape snow cone with extra juice that I paid for. No flavor at all, very disappointing.

Paid extra for extra juice and there is barely any juice at all. Very disappointed, felt like I paid for plain ice

I have never been one for snow cones. All around north Texas you see those roadside stands and shacks hawking sno cones and a multitude of flavors but it has never been something that interested me much. Then I was informed of the Snow Cone Lady and that it's a place that actually has a line? At a snow cone stand? Ok so it was finally time to check it out. My father was in town, my daughter was with me ( and she had already been there once) and we went, after a pretty good burger from Gogo Burgers. (which I reviewed) So it is a little red shack right off Main Street and there was a line..... Wow. At $1.50 for a small, it's definately worth a wait. Dreamcicle, chocolate, wedding cake, pina colada. Some really good flavors and even sugar free versions of many. As for the taste? I had the dreamcicle, and they put some cream on the ices and it tasted exacly like a creamcicle..... no joke. They give you those straws with the little spoon on the end that can cut your lip if you're not careful (so be careful). A small is more than enough and it is a place I will bring my daughter back to. Not a whole lot of seating but they have the umbrellas keeping you cool if you do get lucky enough to sit. Enjoy.

Strawberry and mango. Both too sweet.

Meh... it was all right. Nothing to rave about. I definitely would not come back unless I was with someone who wanted to desperately come here. At 9 pm it was crowded here. Packed actually. Not a single patron was wearing a mask. No one was standing 6 ft apart from other groups of people. There was nothing marking where and how far people should stand while waiting in line. We stood 6 ft behind the couple in front of us. The group behind us did not give us the same courtesy. The risks definitely outweigh the benefits.

Vanilla w/cream (it's really just plain milk) not condensed!

Flavored ice and the cream taste exactly like plain ole milk,it's definitely NOT condensed! Don't waste your time you can get kool-aid packets and make frozen cups to quench your summer thirst instead. Better yet get some popsicles!! This is why I travel all the way to Main St. In Lewisville my snowballs.

Excuse the crappy photo.. I neglected to turn my light on!

My family and I make our little trek to the snow cone lady each year. I really enjoy her snow cones as it reminds me of back home in Louisiana. I am not sure if this is permanent, but they take cards! Yippee!! So for all of you non-cash carrying peeps like me have at it. One more thing, make sure you check Facebook before you go. If it rains, it's a possibility she will close due to a soggy ground. Small snow cone: $2.00 Large snow cone: $2.25

Great place for the summer! Lots of flavors to choose from. I got the Honeymooners Delight which was mango/guava. Very popular and cheap!

There was only one car in front of me at the menu ordering, and nobody in front of them. I waited nearly 10 minutes. In hindsight, I should've left, but I thought the car in front of me had a really difficult order. After waiting a ridiculously long time, someone on the speaker said hello and took the order of the people in front of me. I eventually got to the speaker. They said, "will be with you in a few minutes." I clarified, "a few minutes?" She said, "yes, we are busy." I finally ordered. When I finally got to the window, I saw there were about 5 customers inside the building. She told me my total. I paid $13, which seemed a bit low for what I ordered. I waited. Eventually she tried to hand me 2 drinks that I didn't order. I said, "that's not my order." She asked me what I ordered. I told her. She disappeared. She came back later, and asked me again what I had ordered. I told her again. She went away. When she came back, she handed me a refund for my $13. She told me she needed my credit card again, that my order was $16. I said, "wow, I've been waiting almost 20 minutes already? You couldn't just let me pay the original amount?" She said, "unfortunately, no." I should have left! But my children wanted their snow-cones and had been waiting so long already! I paid the $16. I waited. We finally got the snow-cones 25-30 minutes after arriving at Bahama Bucks. It doesn't stop here! I pulled into a parking spot now that my children were happy. I immediately emailed this insane interaction to the information provided on the website for this location. The manager/owner Brandon Ruk emailed me that he had reviewed tapes, and I had only waited 12 minutes for my snowcones. He mentioned in the email that they are small business, and he was "sorry my experience didn't meet my expectations." I responded that his gaslighting my experience was on track with the service I received. I responded to him, that he had not taken into account the time waiting to order and then waiting to get my snow cones. He responded again with an apology. He told me he would send me a $10 gift card. Two weeks later, I still never received a $10 gift card. 12 minutes for a snow cone would be way too long. The reality of waiting 30 minutes for a snow cone is unacceptable. The tone of Mr. Ruk's email just reeked of arrogance. I am all for supporting small businesses, but being a small business doesn't give you an excuse to fail so hard at basic customer service.

Bummed the mango bingsu was unavailable as it's only seasonal, so I ordered the strawberry bingsu instead. It took about 15 minutes to be made, and the staff seemed pretty blasé and disengaged during the wait. When the bingsu was finally ready, it was a pretty big disappointment. The shaved ice itself was pretty flavorless, topped with maybe what would amount to four sliced strawberries that were equally flavorless and underripe. I paid extra for condensed milk, but it was extremely minimal and didn't help much. The tables were also pretty grimey, the music super loud, and the dessert definitely wasn't worth $15.

Finally got my order, went to seat, took my first sip and tasted nothing but sugar..no flavorand certainly tasted no booze. Also I would suggest either a smaller amount of the shaved ice or a deeper bowl because it melted fast and my bowl over flowed on the table.
