Worst pedicure I think I've ever had! Every single thing she did hurt, and I know she could tell because I couldn't stop flinching. She didn't say a word to me, except to try to upsell me to gel polish after I handed her a regular polish. On my big toes, she cut a large chunk of the side of my nail only on one side, so they look lopsided and will probably grow out and hurt, and pretty much all the other nails are crooked. I would have had her fix them, but I only noticed after they were polished and she was in the back. I don't get pedicures often and consider it a treat to myself so I was very disappointed. Everything was extremely rushed, and they weren't busy, there wasn't even anyone waiting. When she was done, she said nothing and went in the back. eventually, came back out and completely ignored me. Someone else checked to see if my nails were dry and checked me out. I've been here before and always had a pretty OK experience. I started coming to this location in 2018 and I brought a couple of friends here and they've had good experiences as well. The prices are very good for what I get, which is basically a gel manicure. I don't get tips or anything when I come here, it's typically a place I go to in-between going to my regular nail shop. They're never really busy (unless you show up between 4-6), and they do take walk-ins. The location is clean, I get a manicure here every other week, and I typically get a pedicure here once or twice a month. It's a really good place and I definitely recommend it. read more

The place looked like it had never been cleaned. Unsanitary. Used a visibly dirty towel with nail clippings, soiled spots, stains, and food stuck on it. When I asked for a clean one before starting my manicure, he told me it was clean. So I then asked for a different towel to be used and he walked into the back and brought out the same exact towel. I rarely spend money on getting my nails done, but decided to before Christmas this year. I spent extra on the gel so they'd last and unfortunately they started chipping on day 2 still (picture is take on day 4) but still thought they should've lasted longer. Also while I can't say confidently they were doing anything wrong, I don't feel like they follow the standard sterilization other salons do. The hot towel they went to grab looked dirty, not just stained, but like it's been used and not washed in between uses. Otherwise the staff was nice enough and I think prices are in line with others, but I'd definitely recommend shopping around if possible. read more

I accidentally stumbled upon this nail salon after moving to the area and could not have been happier with the results. The inside setup follows a relatively standard formula for walk-in nail salons; a row of manicure stations on one side, AMAZING reclining massage pedicure chairs on the other (of all nail places I have visited, these chairs are my favorite!). It has additional island theming with bird and fish accents and a tiki bar motif. Upon my first visit, I was greeted in a quick and friendly manner and directed to select a color. The color options could include a bit more variety, but the overall selection is pretty good and mostly OPI products. I brought my own color and waited less than 5 minutes before Cesanna took care of me. If you like the hand and foot massage part of the mani/pedi program, she is THE BEST (actual massage and not just someone rubbing lotion on your hands and feet). Walk-ins are welcome, but I prefer to call and set a time. Free WiFi and drinks (soda, water, and 3 wine options for 21+ crowd) add value and comfort to the experience. They offer a range of services for nails, waxing, and facials. If you're looking for a high end nail salon with fancy shmancy design and overpriced packages, this is not your place. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!! The manager of this place is a liar and a fraud. I came in on my lunch hour to set an appointment for later in the day. I asked if she was familiar with this stiletto shape of nail and the marbling techniques that I wanted for my nails she said yes and made my appointment. I came in for my appointment and she was running behind. I picked my colors from her very limited selection. I asked again if she was familiar with the marbling technique and the Stiletto Nails that I wanted she insisted that she was and as she sat down to do my nails. the shape I noticed was not exactly what I wanted but I decided that it didn't matter that much since it was similar and allowed her to continue once we got to the part where the paint was applied you could see that she did not smooth out my nail properly and she did not know how to Marble my nail and literally just put paint on my nail and scratched it with another color it looked horrible I told her that I didn't want to walk out with that type of paint on my nail she insisted that it was because the type of marble I wanted was what she wasn't used to I asked her to do it in the style that she was accustomed to doing at which time she said she could not because I had criticised her work and she began to yell and scream at me causing a scene in front of about five other customers and five other staff members it was completely embarrassing I asked her if she was going to finish my nails she said no I said well then you need to tell me how much it cost for a full set without the finishing paint lshe then said she wants charging me the full amount because she had worked very hard on my nails I told her I would not be paying her for a full-service since she didn't finish the full service she said that she would then paint my nails but she was not going to do the marble that she agreed to do before I set my appointment. I've been looking for another nail salon to go to that's closer to my new house for a long time, and I think I may have found it! I came in for a pedicure that was really wonderful. I did have to wait for about 10+ minutes due to not having an appointment, but they seated me as soon as they could. I decided to get a hot stone pedicure since it was only an $8 difference from the Deluxe Pedicure that I was looking at, plus it was my birthday weekend. The hot stones were absolutely wonderful and it was definitely worth the upgrade. I got an amazing massage on my legs and feet with the hot stones, and the gentleman who was doing my pedicure made sure to incorporate that whenever possible. He was great at making my feet soft and smooth again and I could not have been happier with my pedicure! I also got an eyebrow wax which was also perfect, no complaints at all. They listened to my requests since I like my eyebrows to be more natural looking. I will definitely be back. read more

Came here because of the good reviews, and I was disappointed by my own experience. I first came here three weeks ago for full set, the technician was rude and did a poor job shaping the nails. Also, when she asked what shape I wanted she got mad because I didn't specify earlier before she asked and charged me 5.00 more because I wanted a "specific shape". I was charged 35.00 for a full set with gel Polish which was reasonable compared to what I've paid at other establishments I came again today because the website listed that a gel fill was 18.00 and I wanted to give them a second chance. Well, I wasn't charged 18.00. I was charged 35.00 total for a fill. The manager I'm guessing explained that it's 15.00 for a fill, 15.00 for gel Polish, and then 5.00 for the repair on the one broken nail I had. I was pretty upset that I was expecting to pay 23.00 plus tip (18.00 for fill and 5.00 for repair), and was forced to pay 35.00. Their website clearly lists their prices being 18.00 for a fill, and when I showed him the site he defended himself by saying that the website was out of date and they don't honor those prices anymore and I wasn't over charged . I paid the same as I did for a full set. I left incredibly upset, feeling ripped off and disappointed with the poor customer service. I won't be going back, and my advice is to make sure you specify what they're going to charge you before you allow them to conduct services especially if you used the website. read more

I came in on a Sunday (7/31) to get a full set of acrylics. It wasn't very busy, so I was seated quickly. The woman who did my nails was super friendly and did a wonderful job. She was meticulous with the shaping and kept checking to make sure that the nails were the shape I wanted. There are no extra chunks of acrylic under the nail or on my skin and the polish was done very well. Not to mention that the price was very fair. I'll definitely be coming back until I move in a few months! The only gripe I have is that the selection of polish colors isn't that great, but that's not enough to knock a star off since you can't bring your own color if your heart is set on something specific. Like every strip mall nail place, it's hit or miss depending on who actually does your nails that day. I've had a girl who couldn't really paint well, but she gave a great foot massage. Almost everyone else who works there is really good. The men are the best at the pedicures. I'd say I have a LOT more "hits" than misses with inails. The decor is kitchy island theme... which is cute. It works better than trying to be all "spa-like" (I mean, come-on it's a vietnamese strip mall nail salon... plus, everyone knows that you get terrible pedicures from spas). I want a little tiny woman to really dig into my ingrown toenails and calluses (I joke, don't let the fact that my nasty feet have been manicured there scare you off). The place is very clean. The massage chairs actually work. They generally have enough people working that if you just drop in you don't have to wait more than the time it takes you to pick out the polish... well, maybe that's only because I'm indecisive, Anyways, they offer you a free cold drink (soda) while they do your nails. They have wifi. They use decent polish. The scrub your feet. Their basic pedicure is reasonably priced. Like every salon, they have add ons-- sea salt scrubs, extra massage, parrafin treatments, etc.. I don't go to "relax" though-- I go to make my nasty big feet look nice(r). Most of the people that work there even speak pretty decent English... which if you're new to pedicures and timid is probably a big plus. I've never gotten an infection or fungus or anything from there... they use sterile tools and clean their tubs well (which is not something I can say for most of their Casselberry competitors).
