Vivik the owner is a cool and fair dude. Don't want to say anything bad personally. My experience has always been good. Customer service is good. Pricing is good. Overall experience is solid. Why the 1 star? I want to be fair and understanding. Brought my brand new set of wheels to get them refinished to brush finish with clear coat. 2 weeks as promised, however, in the inside barrel, there was finger prints under the clear coat. He offered to redo them, but I refused and saved him the trouble and wasn't too picky about it. His exact words, "I'm so sorry, thank you and I will hook you up on the next set of wheels you bring by not making me redo these." No worries I replied. Took the wheels with fingerprints imperfections and moved on. Referred more than 10 friends and they all went to him. Guess what...? My friends set had finger print marks Jsut like mine! I told him I'll let him know, but my friend said it's ok. Viviks customer service was spectacular and let's not make it a big deal. So we left it alone. I personally took my third set to get the same finish knowing him and his work, he'll be more careful. He said "I'll do them myself this time and redo it if I have to if there are prints. I said not a problem. I mentioned to him just so he was aware that the same thing happened to my buddys set I referred, and he got upset! Said he not going to take my business. Which is perfectly fine. Said I was too picky, and he don't have time for it. I was just letting him know, and wasn't complaining. Lol! He didn't even give me a "hook up price for messing up my first set like he said he would" but I didn't even mention that and was willing to pay what he was charging. Bottom line, he got mad because I mentioned about two sets that he did and had finger prints. (Just a friendly heads up. Wasn't even complaining). He said "I'm not good enough for you" and closed the door on me. Lol! He's not the only wheel refinishing company, but I did respect his customer service until today. Brought him so much business, and will no longer bring our wheels to him. Will also let our car community know bout this. I'm Not mad or upset. Just wish he handled it a different way. Maybe he was having a bad day, which we all can understand that times can be stressful and we don't know what people are going through personally. Who are we to judge? Just sucks it had to end this way. I'm sure he's a solid wheel painter and repair guy. Just want people to know my experience. If you want to get wheels painted and repaired, he's the guy!
