Now usually when things/places are not as priced out like most places, you think it's not the best. However, this is the complete opposite. Start of the service at check in was spot on. Jean Paul was incredible. Spent time to let me know what places to check out, food to eat, etc. He came to check in my room when I had a little mishap ( my fault) and had no problem getting his service right away. The room service (Martin) was incredibly sweet! She made our villa spotless every day. The villa is 5 minutes from the beach and the hotel pool is beautiful! Always clean and spotless. I'm so happy I came here, my vacation was phenomenal!
