A good place to go for water sports. They have jet skiing and flyboarding. It is the biggest property of the very flat and straight part of the French side before Marigot and Sandy Ground. read more

The NBBC complex is very clean. They have a security at the gate during the day. They also have a community swimming pool. The complex is in sandy ground and there is a French bakery about 200 meters away (walking distance). There's also a couple of good restaurants near by such as Dream and Mati Beach. Good prime location. read more
