Let's start with my vechicle was totaled on Monday. Airbags deployed. Luckily, no one was injured…read more QUICK SUMMARY: I had purchased new 2015 (from Art Morgan), had all service done at Baierl (coordinated by John Kurta), and purchased a new 2026 vehicle (from AJ Shultz). I reached out to Mr Kurta who connected me with Mr Shultz. This purchase was not planned. I thought a used vehicle may be more fiscally responsible with a car payment. I learned a used car interest rate is higher than new car interest rate. Had a bit of sticker shock. There was a large selection of new and used vehicles on the lot and website. At our initial meeting, on Wednesday, Mr Schultz and I discussed the features I wanted in a vehicle. He showed me a couple vehicles on the lot, worked up the numbers, etc. I had to think about this large purchase. Normally, I would have done research, test drives, etc. I didn't have the luxury of time. I needed to trust the 11 year relationship that I had with Baierl Honda. Mr Shultz and I kept in contact over several days. I steered the conversation - it wasn't initiated by Mr Shultz. He wasn't rushing me. He provided me with timely complete answers to all of my asynchronous questions. Given the reliability of my 2015 vehicle, on Saturday, I purchased a new car. I drove the vehicle off the lot with the odometer reading 4 miles. I purchased bumper to bumper extended warranty, tire protection, and battery replacement. Was pleasantly surprised to see a tube of touch up paint in the glove box. In 11 years, I have referred a lot of people to Baierl Honda. Because of that long term relationship, I was able to make a quick decision. HONDA CORPORATE: Please reconsider your revised color palate: 40 shades of gray, fire engine red, electric blue, and a sage (only available for hybrids). Hunter green? Burgundy? Navy?

They didn't lock the doors in my car when it was sitting in the lot, which I definitely didn't appreciate considering all of the things I keep in my car and just anyone could go in? I would not recommend Cochran Volkswagen North Hills to any female seeking warranty service…read more The windshield wipers on my 2024 Taos were malfunctioning and would activate while the switch was OFF, even when there was no rain. At my initial visit, I was told they were "working as designed". At another visit, I was told the problem was caused by my EZPass. It ultimately took six visits, extensive documentation, and considerable persistence before the issue was properly addressed when VW issued Service Bulletin 94-26-01, documenting a "ghost operation," which was my exact problem. What was particularly troubling was how I was treated while trying to have a legitimate warranty concern addressed. During one visit, the technician asked if I was a "girly girl" who applied makeup, brushed her hair, and sprayed products in the car. He stated that "girls do what girls do" and that products will "jack up" the steering column and cause issues. These gender based assumptions further delayed the diagnosis of a legitimate warranty claim. Instead of focusing on the mechanical problem I was reporting, the technician shifted the focus to stereotypical assumptions about my behavior as a woman and suggested that I was potentially responsible for the malfunction. This experience was further compounded when, after the fix was finally applied, I discovered a dent and scratch on the driver's side that had not been present when I dropped off the vehicle. I notified the service director, who stated they would "air" on the side of taking responsibility and did arrange repairs. I am sharing this experience because I believe customers, particularly women bringing legitimate warranty concerns to this dealership, deserve to be taken seriously, treated professionally, and have their concerns evaluated without gender-based assumptions. The problem with my car was real. Volkswagen ultimately documented the exact defect. The way I was treated while trying to get it addressed was the part I should not have had to experience.

They told me they'd prefer the car to stay because the cords were showing on the inside sidewall of the tire and said the new tires wouldn't arrive until Wednesday. They gave me a loner car in the meantime. Thankfully the tires arrived sooner and I got my car back on Monday. When I picked up my vehicle, the final bill was about $4,600 almost $1,000 more than the original estimate. There was no prior notice of these additional charges. They linked them to the original service request. After driving the car less than five miles home, mostly through a 35 mph zone, I parked it in my garage. The next day, when replacing my EZ-Pass, I noticed a significant chip in the windshield on the passenger side. I contacted the service center within 23 hours of pickup, but they refused to take responsibility, hiding behind the excuse that it had been off their lot for over 24 hours. Instead, they told me to file a claim with my own insurance. Beware of this shop. They inflate prices without warning and refuse to take responsibility for damage that happens under their watch. Their dishonesty and lack of accountability make it clear they do not value their customers. If you care about fair pricing, transparency, and the safety of your vehicle, take your business elsewhere.

On 3-16-2026 I purchased a demo 2025 Frontier with 4,876 miles. Nissan recommends an oil change every 7,500 miles for normal driving conditions. Most knowledgeable people perform a first oil change at 1,000 to 5,000 miles. In retrospect, I should have made an oil change a condition of the purchase of the truck - I didn't - my bad. After had the truck for a few days, I realized I should see if the oil had been changed, so I called my salesman Connor at Wright Nissan. He had to check but ultimately said the oil had been changed so I asked him for documentation for my files and so I would know when to change it next. He initially said the oil change would be recorded on the car fax report, but he was unable to provide it. I asked for some documentation and after a number of reminders to him he finally provided a Nissan Service "invoice" showing an oil change on February 18, 2026 with a milage of 4,866 miles. On May 14, 2026 (with 6,432 miles now on the odometer) before making a long drive in my new truck and not feeling too good about the oil change documentation provided by Wright Nissan, I decided to get the oil changed at the local Valvoline. I watched as the dark black oil was removed. I asked the Valvoline Tech, based on his experience, if this oil had ever been previously changed (let alone 1,566 miles ago). His response was simply "no way". Following the oil change, I reached out via email to my salesman Conner to let know about the discrepancy hoping he would respond with some explanation. He never responded.

1-Star Review - Wright Nissan / Nissan USA…read more I'm writing this to warn others and hold Wright Nissan and Nissan USA accountable for how they've handled my sister-in-law's vehicle issue. She brought her car to Wright Nissan because it was running sluggish. The mechanic there looked at it and told her to "just drive it for a few more weeks." That advice caused more damage -- the radiator fluid leaked into the transmission, completely ruining it. When the car was brought back in, they admitted the radiator had failed -- but then refused to cover the repair under warranty, claiming the problem was with the radiator, not the transmission. That's absurd -- the transmission on a five-year-old vehicle should be covered, and their own bad advice directly caused the failure. After multiple calls, my sister-in-law reached out to Nissan Consumer Affairs, hoping they'd do the right thing. Instead, she got a canned response from corporate saying: "I regret to hear that we were unable to give you the outcome you hoped for, however the decision remains the same." Meanwhile, Nissan's public relations team posted a fake-friendly comment asking her to "DM with more details" -- after already reviewing and denying her case. So, they publicly pretend to care, but privately refuse to help. This kind of dishonesty and corporate gaslighting is why people have lost faith in the Nissan brand. Wright Nissan's negligence caused the issue, and Nissan USA refuses to take responsibility. If you value integrity, accountability, or basic customer care -- take your business elsewhere. #Nissan #WrightNissan #ConsumerAlert #LemonLaw #DishonestDealership #DoBetterNissan

Communication was minimal and there was a clear lack of effort to assist us in a professional or respectful manner. We came prepared and ready to do business with a cash purchase yet it felt as though we were not being given the same attention or courtesy that other customers might receive. What made this experience especially concerning was the strong impression that we were not treated fairly. Whether intentional or not, the interaction left us feeling uncomfortable and undervalued as customers. Buying a car is a significant decision, and every customer deserves transparency, respect, and equal treatment throughout the process. Overall, the experience lacked professionalism, attentiveness, and basic customer care. Based on this interaction, I would not return or recommend this salesperson to others.
