Referrals, research and convenience were factors why I agreed to an initial consultation but I was walking in with a reason not to spend my money and possibly keep looking for another Dr. The initial consultations attention to detail and genuine concern for my daughters desire for an alternative choice to braces quickly won me over. The staff was very informative and Dr Olson took his time answering all my daughters questions and provided tons of information to consider before making our commitment. I really appreciated the attention she received and her questions answered without the information directed to me. After all I'm just paying, shes the one looking for corrections and knows what she wants. The first visit my daughter was sent home with a goody bag filled with soft foods. A starter food and snack pack to help adjust with new eating habits for an Invisalign wearer. Let me tell you this was not a small bag, it truly was enough for my daughter to eat two days before going to grocery store. Caitlyn really set the pace as she's the first staff member interaction. Pleasant, attentive and quick to check us in and made sure follow up appointments set up before leaving the office. Jenna was the assigned technician through out the Invisalign procedure. This quickly made my daughter comfortable and she felt at home. Always sweet and super helpful. Dr Olson truly understood my daughter was the patient. Every conversation, interaction and session he would use eye contact and actually listened. His small talk questions getting to know her were genuine. He would remember and bring those things up through out the 10 months. 1-2 year estimate became 10 months. The faster time result probably because of daughter following instructions to the "T"......eeth. We are so so thankful we found Dr. Bailey and his team. Everyone is so kind from the front office to the orthodontic assistants to the care coordinators to both Dr. Bailey and Dr. Lauren. The consult we had at the beginning of starting treatment was so thorough with state of the art equipment and technology. Update:01/28/2026 I…read morevisited a highly recommended dentist at a different office and learned that the information provided by Goodyear Orthodontics was inaccurate. I was told I had a one-surface filling, when in fact it is a four-surface filling, which now requires a crown and possibly a root canal. The new dentist could physically see the cavity, raising serious concerns about how this office failed to diagnose obvious decay. It is unacceptable for a dental practice to miss decay that is visible both on X-rays and to the naked eye. Dentistry should be about saving teeth, not allowing them to deteriorate for future financial gain. This experience has completely eroded my trust in this office. If I could give negative stars, I would. In 2019, Dr. Ashton placed a crown on tooth #3. From the beginning, the crown created a significant food trap. At every six-month cleaning, I repeatedly complained about this issue. Each time, I was told everything "looked fine," despite my concerns and despite the fact that I previously worked in a dental office and knew something was wrong. At my most recent cleaning on December 29, 2025, I again reported the food trap. Nothing was done. However, the hygienist always seemed to find issues with my gums -- yet the crown itself was never addressed. 3 weeks after my cleaning the crown came off. I was informed that I now have a cavity under the crown. This office now wants to charge me $600-$1,000 for a replacement crown -- for a failure that should never have happened. This office watched a crown fail over several years, ignored repeated complaints, and now expects me to pay for their poor workmanship. This feels less like healthcare and more like a money funnel -- substandard work designed to fail so patients return for expensive treatments years later. I am extremely disappointed. I strongly encourage anyone who has experienced issues with this office to file a complaint with their dental insurance provider and the Arizona State Board of Dental Examiners.

As you can imagine, it was pretty uncomfortable and we needed help quickly. I immediately jumped on Google and started calling orthodontist offices nearby. The first office I called told me they couldn't help us, which was discouraging. Thankfully, the next call I made was to Surprise & Carefree Orthodontics. The woman who answered the phone was incredibly kind and immediately said she could help us. They were actually getting ready to close in about 30 minutes, but she told us if we headed their way she would make room for us. On top of that, we needed authorization from our orthodontist back home, and she took care of coordinating everything. She got our orthodontist's phone number, connected with them, and had the authorization faxed over so they could treat my daughter. The entire process from the phone call to getting my daughter's wire clipped happened in about 30 minutes. Because of their willingness to help, we were able to fix the issue quickly and continue enjoying the rest of our vacation. I truly wish every orthodontist office was this easy to work with. The kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help a family traveling from out of state meant so much to us. We are incredibly grateful!
