Overall we had a fantastic appointment and everyone was very polite and nice. Great service. I was pretty overstimulated when I walked in the office. I get that they're trying to create a fun atmosphere for kids while they wait. My daughter is 2 and does not watch screens and there were screens everywhere. I realize I'm the minority with this. The tree in the middle is nice so I was having her point out the different animals in the tree. I appreciate that we had a private room for her first appointment, as I noticed several chairs in an open space. As expected, my daughter cried and was not a fan of getting her teeth looked at. The assistant and doctor were very kind and patient with her and took the time to explain everything to us and answer our questions. My daughter was happy to get a new toy at the end.

During the extraction, my daughter was saying she could feel the pain of the tooth being pulled. This was after she gave her a couple of shots of Novocain. My daughter was told, "Just bear it a while longer, we're almost done." My daughter was in pain, crying and nearly hysterical with the torture performed on her mouth. Gaby, the tech, was trying to intervene and get Dr. Chu to stop and numb my daughter, but Dr. Chu was not listening to Gaby. Now, after the fact, my daughter cry's in terror whenever a dentist is mentioned. I would like to express my whole hearted gratitude and humble thanks to Dr. Sheena with my daughter's 6 month follow up exam. Her patience and excellent bed side manner was superior! She was able to calm my daughter, for the exam and cleaning and helped restore some trust in her Dentist. She now is comfortable with Dr. Sheena with all of her future dental visits. I would definitely recommend Dr. Sheena for your child, if they are apprehensive or have any fear of going to the dentist. I would also like to mention the superior customer service and professionalism given by Veronica at reception. Her friendly smile and caring attitude always makes you feel welcome. The office is immediately welcoming to my young kids (3, 2 and 1) with a treehouse to play on!! Kid friendly magazines and a movie we're playing as well. The front office staff were kind and welcoming to me and my girls. It made them feel so welcome and safe. The cleaning took place on a long flat seat, and they were given a choice of movies to watch and comfortable headphones for listening. While my other daughters waited, there was a playroom adjacent to the exam area and my girls were told to feel comfortable wandering back and forth as they needed. The dental hygienist was kind and patient and excited about her work. You could tell she loved working with kids! And my girls loved her! Then dentist himself was wonderful and personable to me... being a male, and bit loud, he made my girls a little nervous, but they warmed up quickly when they saw that I was comfortable. As we exited, the girls were given a special coin to get a treat out of the vending machine the office has!! They were thrilled! I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone! Because I have acchhs healthcare these people just did whatever to my son. I was very clear that I did not want silver teeth in my son's mouth, they wouldn't let me or dad sit thru the procedure which also bothered me and when he came out of the procedure he had 4 silver teeth. Most offices don't even practice this anymore because it is NOT SAFE. However this office decided to cheap out my son and go against my wishes as a mother. I worked that day and sent dad in with clear instructions. I am not happy and they are lucky I haven't filed a lawsuit. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE!!!

I tried to exchange the toothbrush head and I was told they do not have A3, but they had G3 I asked what's the difference and they didn't know and said no other customers had any issues with it, well guess what everyone is different and for me it was too forceful on my teeth, so I just excepted it and took it as a loss. But then I thought about it and I called back to at least get my money back for one and they told me they would have to call the supplier and find out but it's Friday and probably won't get a hold of them today. They just tell you anything to get you off the phone!

I told them from the beginning that my son can be a bit sensitive to loud noises so they always set us in the back area when they had a lot of patients. You can tell they truly care about their patients. In the beginning braces were very sensitive for my son and he had to come in a couple times to get something or other adjusted. . It was never a problem to do that and they always took the time to explain why something was feeling tighter. I highly recommend them we were also happy with the affordable payment plans.
