I want to start by saying that my dog is an Aussie(standard), so big dog, and he's young. He's not acclimated to the grooming process. I had a negative experience with another groomer because my dog, Odee, was scared and would lay down. They failed to get the nails clipped and paw pads trimmed. They basically told me to find another groomer. Bailey's Deluxe was very helpful and accommodated my pup with professional care that was mindful of his situation. They provided emotional support for him. Covered all the bases. They did a great job and welcomed us back anytime. Bailey's is our new and forever groomer. Thank you BDPC. You're the best! read more

Actual Grooming Service Was Very Good, but making appointments/booking is nightmare and terrible - awful customer service. Bailey's Deluxe Pet Care has lost me as a customer. Have used grooming service twice before and was very happy with the results. So made an appointment online for Sept 27th. Got email saying "can't accept" reservation. Called and made appointment for 30th of Sept. I was told I would get a text confirmation. No text came. Called again to confirm for grooming appointment because it was next day. I was told it wasn't in the system but might be in the appointment book in a different building. Then i was told appointment was for the following week on Oct 7th. Had to reschedule and called to cancel - then got some "service" that wasn't even on site of the facilities. They didn't even see any appointment? Then I get a call back asking if I still wanted to cancel the appointment? I was told there must have been a "miscommunication" - like I was the one to blame for their ridiculous booking appointment so-called "service" Already have appointment with a different grooming provider. Very disappointed. My dog liked the groomer. read more

I've taken my doggo Fry to Bailey's for a few years now. Just lately, for his manipedi-excellent job!!! And daycare afterwards. I occasionally also board him too. Same suite always. I really like the staff, they are wonderful and I am comfortable with his care they at Bailey's. read more

I take my dog, Davey, to daycare here almost twice a week and have had to board her a lot these last 6 months with work travel. She always is excited to walk in the door and when she gets home she is so tuckered out from all the play. It means so much to me that they love her so much and she gets all the energy out she needs to. The best staff that communicates supper efficiently and have been so kind on the days I've walked in 5 min. late. Just good people!! read more

Please help us! Share this story and prevent this from happening again. We took our sweet little pup Zoey to Bailey's Deluxe Pet Care for an overnight boarding. This will never happen again!! Short back story...Zoey has to wear diapers because she has some issues holding it all in due to anxiety and seizures. We trusted Bailey's Deluxe Pet Care because they presented to us they have many dogs stay with them with similar issues. Well we went to pick her up this morning after one overnight. And thankfully it was only one night. The person working brought Zoey to us and said..."oh she has poop in her diaper, we were just about to change her, do you want to wait while we do that?" Of course I don't want to wait for you to do the job you should have done prior to a pick up. So we grabbed Zoey and headed to the car. As I'm lifting Zoey to the car I noticed her diaper was overflowing with poop, and completely saturated with pee. Not just a little pee, but nearly dripping with old gross pee. We immediately knew something was off. We started to speculate that she was never taken out nor had her diaper changed. So we marched right back into the office and demanded to talk to a manager. After several minutes of stewing in the front office while the manager reviewed the security camera footage and waiting for a explanation, the manager dawdled over to us and explained NO ONE LET OUR DOG OUT of the kennel from at least 7pm-9am and we picked up at 11:30am. And had no proof that someone let her out before that 7pm time. WHAT THE ACTUAL F@&K!!! Our Zoey was dropped off around 12pm the day before. This meant it could have been almost 24 hours with no attention or potty time. The absolute fact Bailey's did confirm was no one tended to our dog for over 14 hours. This is animal neglect from people who claim to care for pets. We understand that people make mistakes, but this was intentional. Our dog was left alone in the same diaper we dropped off with for an undetermined amount of time spanning at least 16 hours. I have to say this, this is ANIMAL ABUSE. You might be asking yourself, how did they fix this monstrous of a disaster?? The only thing they did was say, we'll refund your stay. Sorry this happened to you. This was completely appalling. Please share this and tell this story, don't ever take your pet to Bailey's Deluxe Pet Care. Who knows how long this type of abandonment behavior has been going on...it's disgusting and maddening that they would even consider taking care of pets and claim to do anything but leave them in their own filth. Mia was a happy camper when I picked her up after a play day at Bailey's. So very glad they were recommended to me by family. Staff was very kind and personal which makes all the difference in putting you at ease. I also liked the fact that they separated big dogs from small dogs. read more

The groomers here are amazing and my dog loved going there! I would give the employees 5 starts but the owners are where I gave my 1 star review. I had been with Baileys before covid and when covid hit, they were short on groomers. I remained loyal to Baileys even though they would cancel some of my dogs appointments during the pandemic. My business was rejected after a cancelation of 1 appointment followed by 2 missed appointments (those 2 no-shows were my bad) I called and asked them if they had any opening for my missed appointment (the day after my missed appointment), at that point I was put on hold and Keith answered the phone and I gave him my apologies for the missed appointments to wich he responded that we needed to find a new groomer and that we were no longer accepted there. He then canceled my 5 future monthly standing appointments. read more

My cat has come home terrified from other boarding experiences, but here she was calm. Communication was good and the cat area is away from the dogs so barking is not audible to the cats. read more

An awful business to work for. I started there in 2020 and was fired for asking the owners to use my proper pronouns, which we had discussed at length during my interviews. Not once did they even try. Another groomer showed me a text from Keith insulting me and using she/her pronouns, so I sent a polite text reminding him to please use they/them. Instead he went off on a tirade so I blocked his number. Lori, his wife and the other owner, sent me a nasty text firing me for it. Then they refused to pay me unless I turned in my book despite having a computer that records all the work done. I had to threaten action from the DoL and EOCC to get paid, and I'm positive they did not pay my entire wages. Remember, this is all through text. You can see Lori's behavior looking through the responses to their negative reviews. She's harassed and bullied customers, employees, and people on Facebook that share their bad experiences. Keith makes racist unfunny jokes, bothers employees constantly, violates people's privacy, and last I knew was being sued by a forner employee that they fired for having an anxiety attack. I don't know any groomers that did not have a horrific experience with them. At the time I left they had lost six groomers and bathers in 6 months. No grooming contracts, no emergency protocol, no benefits, minimum wage, and expect you to take over evening duties so they did not have to hire a receptionist to handle daycare check out. Overall I would not recommend this business for groomers or clients. I witnessed dogs getting loose while working there (because Keith and his dad dug a hole in the play yard and left it there while they went on a 3 day trip) and no one had any idea what to do. The employees are great. It's the husband-wife owner duo that are awful people. They don't deserve your business or labor. And your number and profiles are blocked, Lori. This was our first time here and was recommended because our dog breed not all groomers will do. But Jaimee did absolutely amazing! This was by far the best our dog has ever been groomed. She got out all his tough winter coat and was the softest he has felt in years! He also got a bow tie when he was done, which was such a sweet touch. They are also very reasonably priced. We think she went above and beyond which is so rare to find genuine caring service like she provided. We will definitely come back. :) read more

I would never recommend this establishment for boarding. I don't know what they did to my dogs while in their care, but they came home terrified of strangers and other dogs. There is absolutely NO communication. Nobody knows anything. The owners are rude and uncaring. They are obviously in it for the money. read more

We've been taking our GoldenDoodle to Bailey's since they were on South 10th Street, so... seven years, now. Erin has been doing his cuts and shampoos and pedi-pedi's and everything. She does a great job and is booked out quite a ways into the future--but she's worth it! Martin is always happy to head in for a 'Spa Day' at Bailey's! Our boy comes back looking sharp (the chick-dogs love him!) and happy. Schedule ahead if you're having photos done and this is a great place if you have to leave your dog for a while. They have a great play area and even exercise outdoors and they're conveniently located right next to Pitts Veterinary, too! We recommend Bailey's to EVERYone with a dog they love. read more

Don't take your dog to be groomed here. They end up getting cut by scissors and yelled at and choked on the grooming table. I worked there as a groomer's apprentice and brought it to the attention of the owner only to be ignored because he hired a power groomer and was only focused on making money so the quality went way down and they no longer have a reliable bather because of the lack of proper training and then the micromanaging of the power groomer who has been training the new bathers, they quit right away because of her. As a result, the dogs all come out feeling greasy due to lack of proper training but mostly the product is ages old and needs to be replaced. I also worked at Petco as a bather/groomer's apprentice and tried to tell them how things were done there because it was way more efficient and the quality was way better but my input was ignored and then when the new groomer started she just took over like it was her place. Also the owner is highly unprofessional in so many ways. There is a lot of backstabbing and favoritism going on there and not a place that is in favor of helping out their employees, no raises, no benefits, and most importantly NO BREAKS I am serious this is NOT an equal opportunity employer. Just steer clear. I give it no stars. Worst place I have ever worked, dirty and filthy all the way around. Bugs crawling all over the kitchen area, they don't sanitize properly between dogs, I could go on and on. read more
