Terrible experience in one of our favorite places. We go there at least once a week or I should say…read morewe use to. We won't be anymore. We spend alot of money at this establishment on food, drinks and played a lot of keno there. Have had many large gatherings there in the past with friends and family. I rarely ever complain but the way they handled my complaint was ridiculous!!! We will NOT be going there again. First of all we had a terrible server. Who was not friendly or responsive to my complaint. I ordered a long island icetea. I honestly thought they made a mistake and brought me a lemonade so I asked another server if they thought it was a long island. He said he wasnt sure because it was so light colored it looked like lemonade. Said they would make a new one and take the first one of the bill. They brought the new drink which looked and tasted the same as the first one. I drank it though because our server never returned to check on us. So, they brought the bill and charged me for the drink which the server said would not be charged. I asked the server about it and she said because they remade it with top shelf I had to pay for it. They literally sent over the bouncer who pretty much forced us to pay for the drink. If you are going to serve long island icetea it needs to have alcohol in it! Long Island icetea has alot of alcohol in it and you should be able to tell it is a Long Island, and not lemonade.it looked and tasted just like lemonade. They pretty much called me a liar and said I drank the first drink which I did not drink. Saying they could look at the camera footage. Seriously? You need to look at the camera footage to see if I drank the drink. It was full when the server took it to be replaced! I am just appalled at they way they handled the situation of a long time regular customer. What the heck happened to customer service? Absolutely disgraceful way to do business.

Super cool vibe. The night we were there (a Sat) they had a DJ outside and a live band inside. I…read morewent with my 21 yr old daughter and didn't feel out of place. Great food and huge variety of beer/drinks. All the staff we encountered were super friendly and engaging.

The line from the counter stretched all the way back to the door, which gave us plenty of time to people watch and admire the beautiful space after picking our drinks. The baristas were friendly and welcoming. The line was moving slowly - a combination of people asking questions and an ordering process that seems a little inefficient (we noticed they were tracking available pastries on Post-It notes). Our drinks were available quickly, and they were delightful. I had the spiced orange chai with oatmilk and my husband had a gingerbread latte. My chai was sweeter than I would prefer, but now I know that for next time. Everything in the pastry case looked incredible. We passed this time because we had finished breakfast. I'd be interested in coming back in the evening to try some of the cocktails. I think they have some kinks to work out when they're busy; overall, it was a good experience. Union Park is a nice addition to the Belden area!

We sat outside on the upper patio and there were servers that checked on other tables but didn't check on us. Not sure if it's because we carried our food and drinks up from the counter ourselves or how that works. Two of us ordered the lucky charm matcha (good luck charm?), the description sounded amazing. The actual drink was less so, just matcha and oat milk and whipped cream- when I asked about the lucky charm marshmallows I was told they have been out of them for weeks. I might've ordered a different drink if I'd known that, it sort of sold me! The food was good, we ordered the dumplings, cinnamon roll, raspberry rhubarb pop tart, and tiramisu. The best thing of all was the cinnamon roll, the tang of the cream cheese icing kept everything from being too sweet. The tiramisu was beautiful presented and the cream was fantastic, the lady fingers were over soaked in strong espresso, we couldn't finish that element. The pop tart was lovely. Couldn't tell if the dumps were frozen or homemade but they tasted good, and we loved the carrot salad they came with. All in all a great experience, and will be wonderful to return to in this warm season with such a nice double decker patio!
