You order what you'd like from their staff at the counter, they prep the food for you as you move along the length of the counter, and then they ring you up at the end. They have five booths opposite the counter. These were all occupied when I got there, but one opened up when I was ready to sit down. The tables in the back look less comfortable than the booths, so I was thankful for that. I ordered two tacos, each made with softshell corn tortillas, and pulled chicken. They were good, but I've had better. I ordered their hottest salsa, and frankly, it wasn't very spicy. I guess they may be catering to the PNW palate. The two tacos were quite full of meat and other ingredients, and were accompanied by rice and beans. You can get whole black, whole pinto, or refried. I opted for whole pinto. I was full and satisfied when I was done. They were busy the whole time I was there (it was the lunch hour). Staff was courteous and efficient, which is good, but I didn't feel particularly welcome.
