Doctors and medical professionals are suppose to be a safe space. She and her hygienist merely spent 10 minutes per patient. Moreover, the office itself is extremely outdated and needs major work to be a welcoming environment for kids. There's 's a specific standard now for pediatric offices. Especially if they are charging the prices they are. There's no cartoons or drawings on the walls, No TV with children games or shows playing. Even after getting treatment done there's no giveaways for the kids. I suggest you choose a practice that values HUMANS and treats them as equals. That chooses kindness or bullying. She is WAY too old to be treating pediatric patients. Compassion and kindness goes a long. Especially for children who are already battling bullying at school. Shame on you ANA MARIA!

I had a toothache back in December and was told (by another dental office) that a regular dentist wouldn't be able to help me and that they could only help me in about a month if I go through insurance. It shows how much she cares about helping her patients. I feel at ease when she cleans my teeth, and she doesn't pressure me into buying tooth products.
