Pros: the lady behind the counter at the snack bar was very nice and helpful, and the guys operating the two family tracks were both great with the kids and strapped them in tightly. Kids had a blast. Con, and a major con: the sign said 'No Dogs'. I went in and bought six tickets for $36 for my kids to ride go-carts, planning to leave my dog in the car. Its about 65° and breezy, and all of the windows were cracked by about three inches each, but I have a black car, so I was concerned anyway. It's April, so the park was not crowded, and when I saw another lady walk in with her small dog, I brought my medium-sized dog out of the car. I was stopped at the entrance by a girl (maybe a manager), who told me, 'there are no dogs in the park. I have to go find the other lady and tell her too.' I replied with, 'it's not crowded, and he's very well behaved. Can you make and exception?' She replied, 'sorry, no dogs.' I gave my dog some water, and put him back in the car. Rules are rules, right? Fine, no problem. I took my kids drive go carts. 30 minutes later, that lady was still in the park with her dog, and mine was still in my black car in the parking lot. I understand rules, and I respect them, but they have to be applied fairly and evenly. Was it that my dog was bigger? Did she have something against brown dogs, medium-sized dogs, or Moms with kids? Was she afraid of the other lady? We went back out to the car to check on my dog, and he lapped up about half a bottle of water, and meanwhile the other lady was sitting on the bleachers in the park with her dog. I was so furious that I gave our remaining two tickets ($12 value) to a nice lady walking in with her daughter, took my kids and left with my awesome dog. I'll never spend another penny in that place again. It's a shame, because my kids were having a blast and I would have spent a lot more money there this afternoon just to see the smiles on they're faces! read more

Fun park for the kids with very friendly and helpful staff. One problem here though is the mosquito breeding grounds at the mini golf. They really need to treat their fountains for mosquitos. They were swarming everywhere and bit the crap out of us repeatedly. We ended up quitting mini golf halfway through our game. It was just too much. If your going to go here, make sure to bring plenty of insect repellent. read more

I have children that are older but short. Due to that they only could ride the kiddie Gocart track. Wasn't pleased. And many games wernt up and working correctly. Not worth the money and the kiddie rides outside were closed as well as bumper boats. read more

Family fun vacation - this place is packed with kid rides ranging from six different kinds of go-karts, a small roller coaster, bumper boats, and even a mini golf course. Plenty of parking and overpriced rides - but hey, it's Ocean City. You will have a blast so enjoy! read more

It's not the cheapest attraction during your stay in OC but he definitely is fun for all ages. It's worth going if you love go karting - but this is the type of activity that you do once and then you're good for the rest of your trip. read more

So before I write this review, I race professional go karts. I was in the area with my family. So I went with them thinking this might be a fun experience for all of us. This was very true, it had go karts for all ages. They had a nice tracks, and go karts that went decently fast for public use. All the tracks were nicely cared for. The prices I thought were fair. So no complaints for that. The engines they use are Honda clones, so don't expect to be going 60mph. If you want speed just go to a drag strip cause this place is to have fun. I truly had a great time. If you're in the area I highly suggest doing this. read more

This is a wonderful place to unwind and experience the rides and fun of OC without having to trek onto the island. The Go-Karts are great for kids of all ages, and if speeding around isn't your thing, a relaxing game of mini golf should do the trick. Be sure the bring plenty of money because the Go-Karts are expensive to ride, but worth the smiles and laughs. read more

WHAT A JOKE! My son measured right at 52 inches in height at the ticket booth BEFORE purchasing tickets and checked with the attendant to be sure he was okay to ride, drove carts on two out of three of the tracks requiring 52 inches with no problem, to suddenly be told he's too short at the third track (also requires 52 inches). Consistent much? Ridiculous! What a waste of time and money! AVOID this place at all costs! The go-carts at the Jolly Roger Amusement Park are so much better! They are faster and there is consistency among the attendants when dealing with height! If I could give it zero stars or even negative stars I certainly would! read more

When you go, think about how long you will ride. My son and I bought the wristband. He and I moved from track to track easuly. We did go in the middle of the day though. I am not sure how busy thwy are at night. The wristband lasts two hours, and we definitely got our money's worth. It started to drizzle while we were there. Because of the wristband purchase and the rain, we were offered a rain check. Obviously that is a great customer service policy. read more

I Love Baja Amusements is good I love it there's race tracks for kids like three years old and it's pretty cool which I like about it is you get to go to the big boy leagues and raise with other people in the adult section what is pretty cool which I think they go pretty fast and is pretty fun for people just a fun activity and something to do.! And there's a little shop with food in it like a food court and there's arcade games there's arcade games I would definitely come back to this place again.! And there's a two hour wristband which I use that and it works great it's perfect for two hours I definitely prefer for you guys to get the 2 hour wristband read more

We visited Baja Amusements for the first time this year. I do mention we visited following a visit to Jolly Roger's Speed World (which can be expensive). The cost for rides at Baja was outrageous, we actually told our two children they were not riding any go karts b/c they did the same thing (more rides than they could of here for same cost mind you!) the day before. We looked over the board b/c we were here with friends and couldn't leave and didn't want to not do anything with the girls - found a challenging and fun ride. Rock Climbing Wall. They both thoroughly enjoyed and it was not that expensive - actually were able to try it 3 times each! After riding, the others were still in line for go karts, so we walked to Wendy's and got dessert and headed back. Found everyone else to leave. read more

Chose this track because of another review. Took 6 kids ranging from age 10-15. There was a trac for everyone, bumper boats, rock climbing, among a few other rides. Arcade and snack bar indoors. It started to rain in the middle of our two hour wristband time and they couldn't run the tracks. They gave us rainchecks for the hour we missed so we could come back another time. I'm only 12 so if u want to know if your kids will like it the answer is yes. This place had the best go kart tracks in the world.

Go-karts were all fun, staff was very polite and the pricing, while steep, was worth the ride. My one complaint would have to be the bathrooms. They aren't so much dirty in a way that make s me think they aren't cleaned regularly, they are just old and rundown. The men's room has these urine-corroded partitions for the urinals and stalls and the sinks in both bathrooms are falling off the wall. To top it all off the mirror is severely marked up with graffiti I couldn't even see myself. I talked to the manager and he promised to have someone go in and look at it but, he agreed they needed replacing. I asked to speak to someone who could possibly set aside some money to update them and he told me that anything I said would get the same response his own get: nothing. Oh well...my advice is go and ride the go-karts on an empty bladder and stomach and skip the Snack Bar before taking your family to a nearby restaurant after. And if you get the wristbands, don't forget that they let you play the golf course even if you have a few minutes left. read more
