Since then, I have been unable to register the car because the title was never properly transferred to my name. The vehicle remains under the previous owner ("Kim"). I have been paying insurance and repair costs, but cannot legally drive or register the vehicle. After repeated attempts to resolve this, I was finally told on Thursday, Sept 25, 2025 by Adva Cohen, a representative of the company, that the car is actually a salvage title -- something that was never disclosed to me at the time of purchase. I have emails with Yaron Cohen (Owner/President) and Adva Cohen documenting my efforts to get answers. Despite multiple written requests, including a full refund demand, I have received no resolution or refund. I misjudged them completely. A few weeks after my purchase, still making payments to RT, my car was shaking and making noises. I bring it in, the RT Motorsports - as I paid for $1,000 mandatory package to service the car. Their Mechanic tells me directly, the frame is severely rusted, it's not safe and I would have to get a new car, or "ride it 'til the wheels fall off". I was extremely upset to learn they had knowingly sold me an unsafe car. Putting myself and my daughter in a dangerous situation. I tried reaching the owners to discuss this, they continued to have their daughter and son get on the phone - completely avoided me - no help, very rude at times. WELL, THE WHEEL DID FALL OFF. Luckily I was only driving 25 mph when it happened. Today, I received a letter from them telling me they are *selling the car* with severe rust damage and I owe them $4,000 These people do not care about people.
