This was the best experience ever. I went to Enterprise 1-22-25 because I had an appointment with Lei. She is amazing & very knowledgeable. I had a 2015 car & I was used to not having a car note, that is why I was very reluctant to purchase a vehicle. Lei showed me the GMC Terrain & I went home to pray about the car note. I decided to get the vehicle and the car note is reasonable. But what I really liked most was the fact that Lei did not pressure me into anything. Purchased vehicle 2021, June 2025, and the vehicle has stopped on me 8 times, literally! Enterprise takes no responsibility or liability! The vehicle was taken in by Firestone for diagnosis, but it was buffered as to the exact condition of the vehicle! It has stopped so many times that the conditional limited warranty has all been exhausted, i.e. meaning that there are no more roadside assist jumps to start the vehicle. I truly think that the issue isn't a battery issue, but an " alternator" issue, and I believe that all were cognizant of the issue! So, read more

We were looking to replace our very reliable and aging 07 Sienna which we had from new. We could have easily opted to buy a new Chevy Suburban but I wanted to buy a pre owned because new cars immediately lose their value off the lot and so we decided on a 2020 Suburban instead. I pretty much looked everywhere like Carmax, ebay, dealership websites and couldn't really find one that I was looking for. Browsing through Enterprise used car caught my attention, a much bigger inventory. I was really hoping to find one that was local to me in Los Angeles but I wanted one with the lowest mileage & color that I wanted. As luck would have it, there was one in the neighboring state and we was over due a vacation and so I decided to get in touch Sky Pointe (300 mile ~ 4hr drive away). It wasn't long before I recieved a friendly phone call from Chad ~ we chatted for a few minutes and set a date when we would come in to see the car we wanted. When we arrived, the suburban was already parked in the front of the lot waiting for me & my Wife. We were greeted by Chad, took us for a test drive and off with the paperwork. Yes the dreaded paperwork! Somehow this ordeal wasn't as bad I remembered it to be, not in some dark office financial assistants office selling us multiple useless rip off add-ons. Nope ~ this was a more simplified, concise & shorter version and in a big wide open space. We got to chose what we wanted in the package, the car, color, mileage and most importantly the finacial agreement myself and Wife was happy with, decent warranty coverage. Chad was very polite, accomodating, he was never pushy or made us feel we were wasting his time. I have no problem of telling my friends who go to Vegas for a good time to take a look in at Enterprise if they were in the market for a car. I was in need of a car fast, as my previous one was totaled. I drove my rental (also from Enterprise) to their Las Vegas/US95 location. I was treated very professionally by the entire staff, in particular by Chad B. I had no desire to go through any back-and-forth with a dealer, and Enterprise's no-haggle pricing was just right for me. Chad showed real respect for both my time and my intelligence. After checking out several cars there, we looked online at ones at their other location. I found exactly the car I was looking for! Chad drove to the other location, with me along, to get the car. We made a deal that afternoon and I was home in Pahrump with my new (used) car early that evening. The car, under full warranty, with CarFax, and inspected rigorously by Enterprise, has performed perfectly for more than 3 months. I am very happy with my purchase. In fact, when my mechanic noticed the car was out of alignment, Enterprise even paid the cost to get it aligned!
