The crowd went NUTS for these inhaling them like no other. I was skeptical at first myself because I'm usually not impressed by churros, but these are delicately delicious, not too sweet or dense. Literally, I ate these like chips. So after a trip to Six Flags, I HAD to make a stop over here since I'm usually not in Santa Clarita. Boy oh boy was I was excited for the full menu! I grabbed the soft serve and two churros, which was the perfect night cap to an extremely hot day. Soft serve itself is decent, and it perfectly washed down the cinnamon sugar from the churros. Dare I say, this combo may be better than cookies and milk. I also grabbed a bag of 8 to go, which honestly was a good price! The store itself is a squeeze, but they have tables both in and outside in front of the store. Also may I mention that restrooms are A1 CLEAN! Great job staff lol. Service is quick, and even with the business, I got my order pretty fast. There's plenty of street parking here available as well as a free parking structure attached to the complex XRO is in (2 hrs max). XRO is absolutely churro-ffic!!

I get that in-person orders need to be taken, but my order was already in the system well before theirs. When I finally managed to talk to an employee, she just shoved me off to wait in another line to talk to her coworker. Once I reached the coworker, she acknowledged my order and promised they'd "push it out in just a second." Instead, a group that ordered six drinks after I had already been waiting ended up getting served ahead of me. They pushed out around 10 drinks for other people while I stood there waiting well over 20 minutes for a single macchiato. To make matters worse, once my drink was finally made, it just sat on the counter for two minutes before anyone even bothered to hand it to me. Great bakery, but their mobile ordering prioritization and drink counter service are completely broken. Stick to the pastries. this isn't the first time I've been disappointed by their drinks, but it will be the last.

When ordering a cake and putting down a deposit, they should tell you it is non-refundable. Ordered a cake for a 90th birthday, picking up on a Friday, went in on a Monday to cancel, and was told at that time, it was non refundable. Four days in advance and circumstances beyond my control made me cancel. If you have a policy, you should inform the customer at the time of purchase,. Jills Cake Creations truly deserve the 5 stars. I got to know about my best friends wedding and these people got the cake ready in a very short notice. It was delicious and irresistible. I ordered another cake in the last week of June for my mom's birthday. My mom loves pineapple and they did a super fabulous pineapple cake. I remember i hogged it the most. Jill's cakes are exquisite. We ordered a German Chocolate and they prepared one to die for. Not only was it a beautiful 'basic' design with intricate yellow flowers with green accents, but it was absolutely scrumptious.
