I ordered some soft brown butter chocolate chip cookies, and they were so good! It's safe to say that I've hidden that 3 that i have left.

I was trying to get out of Massachusetts and back home to Cleveland as quickly as possible to beat…read morea winter storm, after getting gas nearby I was headed to the highway when I noticed Donut Dip. I had just seen Donut Dip pop up in an online article as the best donut place in Massachusetts and so I had to stop. Donut Dip is an old school donut shop, a large selection of a wide variety of flavors are on display. The short line moved quickly and I ordered an Apple Fritter and a Chocolate topped custard stick for the road. The price was a bit higher than I expected but the donuts were big and looked great and I wanted some food for the road so I didn't have to stop. The Apple Fritter was good, however it seemed to be a bit light on actual apple piece and while tasty it just wasn't anything special. The Custard stick was excellent, the custard was rich and luscious which nicely balanced the perfectly fried donut, the topping was thick and chocolaty giving the donut an old school feel. Although I didn't have a long visit I would say that overall Donut Dip has very good to great donuts. The shop feels classic and if I was nearby I would love to try some of the other flavors. Well worth a stop to check them out.

Very cozy old fashioned donut shop. As a donut lover, I had to get one of my faves (old fashioned) and I asked the staff for their recommendation and went with the honey cruller. I'd actually never had this before but my husband and I both took a bite and decided it tasted like sweet corn dog breading and we weren't mad at it! This spot was tiny and bustling but they move the line quickly. Not in Springfield often anymore but would recommend it to anyone in the area! No indoor seating and a small parking lot in the back.

When you walk in, you get the feeling that this place is going to be PRICEY!! But I'll tell you,…read moreit's definitely a spoil yourself place and worth every dollar spent. These are some of the best pastries and sweets I've had in a long time. Every piece I had hit the spot for my sweet tooth. It's a once a week visit with one new item to try every time. The pistachio strawberry cake was the perfect amount of sweet and creamy, super moist. There was no line, kind of a gaggle because everyone is in awe of the beauty that sits before them, but the staff seemed to be on top of who came in and when. Just make eye contact and you're next. It feels very comfortable and inviting in the shop. There are seats within the shop but after your first bite you'll probably want to leave because of how bad you want to devour the rest of the pastry and not want to embarrass yourself in front of everyone. Highly recommend the pistachio strawberry cake if you're feeling a cake. No picture because it was gone before having to leave this review... sorry. The fruits were good though, VERY SWEET.

Lady said " we are close so you can box everything and leave" No way I would ever come back

I came here on a Saturday afternoon with a friend to check out this place. I parked on the street…read moresince their little parking lot was full. The exterior is adorable! It's an unassuming building but they've made it very cute! They have painted the brick around the bottom to look like stone as well as a continuation of the awning painted around the top. The inside is just as interesting. There is a huge wooden map of the world on the wall, a piano, and the lights over some of the tables are made from teapots. There is a large bar in the middle and plenty of seating. This place is larger than it appeared from the outside. The menu offered several types of teas- white, green, herbal, black with several different flavors within each type of tea. I chose a tropical white tea. It came out nice and hot with a packet of honey. My friend ordered a sweet crepe with mixed fruit. She loved it! I decided to try their unique offering of 6 mixed pancakes. It included 4 savory pancakes (beet, zucchini, squash, potato) and two sweet pancakes (Oladi, farm cheese). One of the sweet pancakes was fluffy but dry and flavorless. I think it was the Oladi. All of the other pancakes were excellent and the service was flawless. What a cute place with great food and service! I'll definitely be back!

We had their Columbian air roasted coffee, which was so creamy and light. They have a never ending selection of tea. Their home made bagel is better than most. The hash browns are crispy, a little on the greasy side but exploding with flavor! Oatmeal was very good with freshly diced apples to order. Our waitress Monica was beyond welcoming and knowledgeable. She made us feel at home. The low dinning table with low seated sofas made us feel very cozy. It's not very often you can cuddle up and enjoy a meal as if you were at home. The Eastern European food and ambience is as authentic as it gets. All I can say is... I'll be back

The employees did not rush or intrude while we looked at the options. Very good social awareness. Happily answered questions. - Vibe: Small, hyper-local bakery. Mostly people who seemed to be regulars. Not busy. - Pricing: Very fair! We got 5 items for $14 and some change. So a little under $3/item - Food: SO GOOD. We got 2 donuts (sugar and glazed, biggest donuts I've seen in my life btw), a brownie, a chocolate cupcake, and a ham & cheese croissant (again, biggest croissant i've seen in my life). The sweets were perfect. The croissant came cold but reheated well in the air fryer. Overall a hidden gem. My only complaint (which is a borderline non-issue) is I wish they used a different packaging for the brownie. The fudge top completely stuck to the wrapper they used. I had to scrape it out of the wrapper and put it back on the brownie before eating.

Not a very large place tucked away in a neighborhood type setting. Plenty of delicious options for you to check out and purchase. Breads, donuts, fruit bars......the list goes on and on! I picked up a dozen donuts to take in to work. The Boston creams and the jelly donuts are HUGE. People weren't kidding about that, they're the size of my hand! Most folks aren't going to be able to eat more than one. I seriously struggled with two........and the flavor of the donuts were wonderful. Like they used to make them back in the day. Way better than DD, Chmura's puts DD to ABSOLUTE shame. Check them out you won't be sorry! I'll be going back for sure!
