Best Italian place you'll ever visit. Delicious food clean place, and so friendly! They also speak Spanish makes me feel very welcome.

Italian pastry and deli/sandwich shop. Nothing special here that I found. If looks were an indicator, it would have been amazing! Super cute shop. But I bought 4 things (one I cannot speak to as my 3 year old inhaled his cupcake): 1. Cannoli- a good cannoli but nothing special 2. Chocolate cannoli- actually wasn't a fan. Was there a shell under all that chocolate? Not sure. 3. Rum ball- was like a Starbucks cake pop (slightly disappointed)

Solid Italian pastry and sandwich shop. Block away from MGM, place does brisk takeout and eat in business. Got sandwiches to go. Very tasty. Quality ingredients. Caesar's salad was less than ideal.

This has been my family's go to spot for the last 10+ years. We started at the NoHo location, and now frequent this one for the past 5+ years. Everything we've ever gotten here has been absolutely incredible. The service is fantastic, and the atmosphere is great. The smells alone will have you coming back. The cookies are definitely our favorite!!!

I'm from California and I've only been to one Italian Bakery which is in San Francisco. I was happy to find this location in Springfield. From my observation upon driving up, I didn't notice a private parking lot, but there was plenty of street parking. The building is easy to find. There is a beautiful mural of what it looks like historic figures on the side of their building. Service was fast. I ordered amaretto cookies, a couple of raspberry mousse cannolis, a peanut butter cup cheese cake, a slice of ricotta cake, and a slice of rum cake. Raspberry mousse cannoli: Tasted very tart. Eat it immediately before the pastry shell gets soft. Rum cake: Sounds delicious but it was okay. I didn't like the texture of the cake because it was very dense. Ricotta cake: Recommended. Peanut butter cup cheesecake: Highly recommended. Amaretto cookies: DELICIOUS. I should've bought more. Prices are reasonable compared to the bakeries in California. Spent $20 for everything. Will definitely return whenever I need my Italian pastry fix.

It was March 19 so a trip to La Fiorentina Pastry Shop was in order. We shared a regular (cream filled) and a chocolate covered Zeppole. We took them to go as well as pasta fagioli and ciabatta bread. It's a great place with great service. The pastry shop is combined with a small Italian market with fresh pork sausage made on premises and lots of to go options. The atmosphere is wonderful and inviting and there is always plenty of table is table space to enjoy a pastry or panini. There's also outdoor dining space.

It's been another stretch of time since I've been here. Only 3 months since I was here on August 9th 2020 but three months away from here is a lot for me. But they never ever seem to disappoint. They're always kind, warm & welcoming. They take care of you as soon as they can if they're helping another customer before you. They at lest acknowledge you. This place is a little slice of heaven. Well work the hour plus drive to get here. Anything you choose you can't go wrong with. Such a delightful place. The owners are so kind and caring. Always nice for a quick conversation.

    Rum Cake. Excellent!

We may have to return here to try the Deli side of this business, but this visit was simply to try the pastry shop side. Seeing so many delicious looking items for sale in the display case, my wife decided upon the Babà al Rum that was filled with custard. This Naples pastry is a yeasted brioche-like cake coated with a rum-spiked citrus syrup. The cake was truly light textured and the custard filling was delicious. It went very well with her Latte which was very tasty also. After having the clerk describe each of about 6 different cakes that were on display in the case I chose the Rum Cake. It was sooooo good and you could even see some of the rum settled around the bottom layer of the cake that had reached its saturation point. There were also layers of vanilla and chocolate custard and a whipped cream top. I opted for a regular black coffee. Service was friendly and helpful. Our tab for so much deliciousness was a reasonable $10.65.

Old school italian bakery and soft Deli. A bit pricey, but 2 blocks from MGM hotel and a nice morning walk for coffee and a treat .

Some restaurants serve food. Others tell a story…read more At bNapoli Italian, Chef Momo Camara does both. I've been a fan of Chef Momo since his days at Harbor View Hotel on Martha's Vineyard, where his talent was already impossible to ignore. Yes, he's the chef who cooked for President Obama twice, but what impresses me most isn't the celebrity connection. It's his commitment to seasonality, sustainability, and the people behind the food. Chef Momo doesn't just buy ingredients--he builds relationships. He visits local farms, works directly with producers, and supports local businesses throughout Western Massachusetts. That philosophy is the heart and soul of bNapoli. This time, my favorite dish was the Hamachi Crudo. Thin slices of yellowtail, cured with salt, sugar, and citrus zest, floated in an orange acqua pazza so vibrant it tasted like sunshine meeting the sea. Clean, delicate, and beautifully balanced. The squid tonnarelli was equally memorable. Tender squid folded into house-made pasta with a lemon tomato sugo simmered for three hours, enriched with lobster stock, Calabrian chilies, crab, and shrimp. Rich, comforting, and deeply satisfying. My daughter's favorite showcased Chef Momo's creativity at its finest. Using a pâte à choux-based dough, he achieved a texture that seemed to defy gravity--ethereally light, impossibly pillowy, and delicate enough to disappear on the tongue. Paired with sweet roasted corn, asparagus, lemon crema, and crispy basil, the dish tasted like summer distilled into a single plate. As an Asian female chef, I couldn't help but reflect on how underrepresented chefs of color remain in fine dining. Some of the most talented chefs I've met throughout my career deserve greater recognition, and Chef Momo is certainly one of them. His food speaks for itself--thoughtful, elegant, technically precise, and deeply rooted in community. If representation matters to you, if supporting local farms matters to you, if celebrating extraordinary culinary talent matters to you, don't just talk about it. Show up. Make a reservation. Support Chef Momo. Western Massachusetts is lucky to have him.

In your description of pasta puttanesca, you failed to mention there would be onion. The person I was with hates onion. I was nice to that person and traded meals with him. He got my seafood risotto and I got the puttanesca. I could not taste any anchovies or salt in the dish, and I discovered i don't like it. I sent it back and ordered Alfredo with shrimp. One of my shrimp was NOT deveined. That's right, it still had its poop. And the level of black pepper in the dish was so strong, it left a metallic after taste. The seafood risotto was over cooked. Babies could have been fed that rice it was so mushy. That risotto was NOT creamy, just mush. And again, it needed salt. On a note that has nothing to do with food, we got one drink refill from the the water kid. He walked by us later, gave us a dirty look when we pointed to our empty cups, and kept walking.
