Yes, they have the viral fruit mousse cakes that are hyper-realistic, trompe l'œil pastries designed to look exactly like real pieces of fruit like mangoes, strawberries, peaches, or lemons. When cut open, they reveal beautiful, contrasting layers of airy fruit mousse, a intense fruit center (like a gelée or confit), and a thin sponge cake base. They are finished with a glossy mirror glaze or a thin, crunchy chocolate shell to mimic the texture of real fruit skin! Try them out, I know you'll love them. She made time to chat about my idea and was willing to hand deliver the cake the day of the wedding as a surprise. She listened to what I wanted visually and made it look exactly how I envisioned. She was also texting me photos of the finished product and making communication really easy. The cake was beautiful, she delivered it and my brother and his fiancé were over the moon!
