I didn't order off the menu besides a drink because I got their surprise half dozen and surprise goody bag. I was impressed. The cupcakes were beautiful! I do have to say, it is a little too sweet. I just cut the top half of the frosting off. I ordered their Italian soda while I waited. I've had better Italian sodas, but it was all about the service and experience. Found this place because it was on Good to Go. Decided to give them a try and while I was in there, I wanted to try some other goodies. I grabbed a coffee and a scone. The coffee was made perfect and the scone delish. They open at 7 am and even have a drive thru! The staff was so welcoming and friendly. For the Good to Go deal I got a half a dozen of cupcakes and one of the gals asked if she wanted me to explain all the flavors. That was kind of her to take the time to do so. I came across this bakery 5 years ago and I have been ordering cakes ever since. They make the cutest cakes and good flavors as well. Service is always great and welcoming, from ordering a cake via-email to when I pick up my orders. I love that it has a drive-thru. It's a very cute shop and has a lot of parking spaces. I had gone to this bakery this afternoon for a good sandwich and drink and they were so good, Julia who checked me out was super sweet and considerate when we went to go sit outside, Emily and Jaden are also wonderful people who make you feel absolutely welcome. The service is so great and so is the ambiance in the bakery. Tina is also the nicest and immediately asks if you are ready to order so you don't have to wait long, they take a minute on the food but it's good because they are making sure that your food is hot! We did basic vanilla cake but I was disappointed by how dry and stale they tasted. Almost as if they had been frozen prior. Purchased 5 dozen and for the amount of $$$$ you pay per dozen I expected a fresher cake. Just average on this order, they did look pretty. We arrived at opening on Saturday to get cupcakes for our children's birthdays and were informed that if we wanted all advertised flavors, we would have to come back in 3 hrs. My wife decided that she would be willing to drive back in 3 hrs to get the flavors that our children wanted for their birthdays. She ordered one dozen assorted and one dozen half vanilla and half chocolate. She pre paid and then drove back to pick them up. When it came time to serve the cup cakes it was discovered that there were 2 dozen assorted as opposed to the 1 dozen assorted and 1 dozen half vanilla and half chocolate. They only had two listed on menu and unfortunately the one I wanted (pumpkin) was sold out but after seeing the raspberry lemon in hand I had no regrets. I am not sure if it was because of the icing or the actual cake. Either way, getting the cake ordered was not bad. The manager communicated very well with ideas and other cakes they have designed. I give them a solid 3! The shop is very cute, lots of options when it comes to cupcakes. Lots of frosting and a nice size cake. Service was also friendly, helpful, and fast. So why 3? Well...idk if it's just me but all of their cupcakes taste the same with an exception of one. That darn salted caramel!!! Just thinking about it....yeah..it's that good. They really did their thing with the salted caramel. I've had it twice and it is the perfect mixture of salt and sweetness. But their other cupcakes taste exactly the same. Even the frostings have the same taste. It would be nice to see some versatility in the flavors of the cake as opposed to just sweet bread and sugar. This was out first time coming into the bakery, as we live very close by and wanted to try out the place! I went inside and there was one maybe two to three people working, there was a gal today, curly hair, glasses, seems to be working the drive thru, seen us walk in and did not greet us. We were already checking out the cupcakes behind the glass before she acknowledged my partner. Another gal came from the back then acknowledges myself and my fiancé. I know I shouldn't play much into it, but there were no other customers in the bakery, and did not feel like it was very welcoming. We ordered half a dozen cupcakes and two cookies, and an Italian blueberry soda. The second gal that greeted me was very helpful. Cookies were very nice sized and soft! Red velvet was soft and fluffy! The frosting was creamy and fluffy! Although I had a one off day experience, the cupcakes themselves make up for the bad experience. read more

Each cupcake was very moist and had lots of flavor. My wife's favorite one was vanilla/vanilla which I just recently found out is their go to seller. So, if you want V/V, order early. Service was great with a nice ambient setting. Was greeted when I walked in by staff. Will be a regular (don't know if that's necessarily a good thing). I absolutely adore this place. There's plenty of parking because it's in a plaza. Not to mention - they have a drive thru! We got here at a time & day when it's not too busy. The music is just so relaxing and not too loud so we enjoyed the atmosphere of this cozy cupcake shop. The check in included a 50% off an espresso drink so I tried their white chocolate espresso and I'm a big fan (because I usually do NOT drink espressos so I might just start liking it). I also ordered the chocolate with raspberry icing. I enjoyed it because it wasn't too sweet at all, there's balance in sweetness from the cupcake and the icing! The cupcake was moist as well, not crumbly or taste like flour like other cupcakes out there. Customer service is great -- the server was nice and brought our drinks to our table. This place has the best cupcakes! I love their light, fluffy frosting and delicious cakes. I also love that they have rotating flavors not only each day but every month too! I have ordered via Ubercart, Doordash and in person. They always make sure to keep the cupcakes from getting damaged, which I appreciate! The service is friendly when we visited as the cashier was patient and knowledgeable when we asked questions. They gave us a lovely surprise by giving two cupcakes on the house for us via a DoorDash order! It's a very cute store, but the staff were not very attentive or friendly. In fact, it felt like we got a little bit of attitude. We waited for almost 10 minutes to be served, while they took car after car in the drive-thru and as we watched the cupcakes disappear. Several flavors ran out while we were waiting. The cupcakes look amazing and are a decent size, but are almost too ridiculously sweet to eat. I was done after two bites. We so appreciate some gluten free offerings, since my daughter is celiac, and we like to spend our money at places that are supportive. Finally, my biggest issue is the price. They were stupid expensive, and just not worth the cost with the other issues. I really wanted to them, but got to benefit ratio just isn't there. read more

I paid $4.50 plus tip for this. It literally is half the height of the previous purchased ones. I look at it and I would personally be embarrassed to sell this.
