Hard to believe that such a solid custom cookie spot is in Fife! I live in Fife/Edgewood and I can tell you that I had zero idea this place was here, and I've been in the area for almost 4 years. I was in need of some custom cookies for a meeting, and fast. I reached out to Bon Appetina's and was replied to swiftly and to my surprise, they agreed to place a rush order for me for a small additional charge. I was so grateful I didn't have to scramble to find somewhere else! Pickup and payment was super easy. It was a little hard to find the spot since it's in a warehouse complex sort of setup, but once I found it we were golden. They have the door locked until you ring for pickup but they answered quickly and my box was labeled and ready to go. I was so happy with how they turned out! Everything was exactly as communicated and they looked so cute - and delicious! The person receiving them was so excited about them which was my entire goal, so that alone was a 5 star experience. Definitely super happy with this order and I'll be reaching out to them in the future for other custom orders. read more

Christina was so kind, communicative, and accommodating to my short notice custom order of cookies for my friends surprise bday party! She truly made the ordering and pick up process so easy for me, even coming from out of state. I would even say that she went above and beyond to help me make this happen. I ordered cookies for my friend's baby shower to be given to guests as a "thanks for attending" favor. I worked with Christina and explained my design idea for the cookie and her designer did not disappoint and exceeded my expectations. Not only were the cookies beautiful but they were delicious! Soft, buttery and not overly sweet with the frosting. I highly recommend this bakery. I plan to order more personalized cookies from them for future events I'll host. Christina is so responsive too with inquiries, and coordinating pick-up. She was so sweet and included two extra cookies that we sampled with delight! So good!!! read more

Bon Appetina's is phenomenal! Seriously, this place is such a hidden gem, if you're in the market for a great designer sugar cookie then look no further. Bon Appetina's was actually recently recommended to me by another bakery after my first cookie designer fell through. And I have to say I'm so happy I had gotten this recommendation because my vision for my sons birthday cookies truly came to life. I had messaged them 10 days before my event and they were so accommodating. They prefer emailing them directly instead of using yelp so they can respond quicker but they responded within hours of me inquiring if it was even possible to still get these cookies done. I sent them pictures of what we wanted and they gave me some options on exactly how I'd want them. Bon Appetina has limited hours and days of operation but they truly deliver on their products. Not only were these sugar cookies beautiful but also some of the best sugar cookies I've ever tasted. And not only did they look and taste amazing but they also prepackaged them all for me to make my life that much easier and the packaging was included in their pricing which many places charge extra for. They sent me an invoice the day before pickup and when I got there to pick up the cookies they even went through the box to make sure I was happy with the final product. Truly spectacular service all the way around. These were such great party favors for my sons birthday. I know if I ever need cookies for any type of event this will be my go to place. read more

My whole experience was a 10/10! They made my custom made Winnie the Pooh sugar cookies for my baby shower and they're absolutely beautiful. I ordered 24 and they're all not only packaged with care but made with love as well! You can really tell they took there time! Even with my rattles they switched the color of the lettering so that it would match perfectly (the little things that they don't have to do). They accommodated my needs and everything went very smooth! I will 100% be coming back here for any special event and I also got a sample cookie which was absolutely delicious may I add! 10/10 recommend!! read more

Guys. I literally am writing this with tears in my eyes! I recently ordered from another bakery, only to have her cancel 2 (TWO!!!) Days before an event. Frantic, I called 3 places to see if anyone could help me with 40 cake pops for my god-daughters first birthday party.. Not one could help me. My last call was to Bon Appetina's. I should have called them first! I called asking for literally anything, if they had any left-overs..anything.. Without hesitation or the slightest sound of annoyance in his voice that this crazy lady was asking for 40 cake pops in 24 hours, he let me know that he would see what he could do. I didn't even explain my situation to him until after peter told me he could at least ask! He called me 15 minutes later, saying he could do it, and even make some cute simple designs! HE DELIVERED THEM THE NEXT DAY. When he dropped the box off, he asked me to open them and look, because the designs he had told me about on the phone were not what we had talked about. I opened the box to these amazing cake pops! He had heard me say them theme was "baby shark", and they created little sharks with details and FINS omg I died. These people had no idea who i was, didn't have to care about my petty first world problem, yet they went out of their way to go above and beyond. They are just as delicious as they were adorable, they made the shark pops red velvet (so genius lol) and the water pops cookies and cream... I legit will now find a reason to order cake pops for every occasion because of this place. read more

I cannot say enough good things about Bon Appetina's. Peter was incredibly thorough and kind throughout our emails planning out what treats we wanted for the party. He accommodated every request we made, and the designs they chose and printed for the "1" and "2" cookies were awesome. The cake pops we requested, lions in party hats, were absolutely adorable. Everyone in attendance commented on how cute the treats were--and how delicious!!! Everything we ordered from Bon Appetina's tasted and looked great. The blueberry cookie is great Our little loved her lemon cake pop. We ran across their both at the Fife Easter egg hunt. We'll be getting some of their cookies you can color in on my kids birthday. These cookie treats made my dessert table! I was so pleased with the design being exactly what I requested - thank you, Peter and crew! I asked for a design from a cartoon they had to look up online for one set of cookies and for another I sent in a picture of the font I had in mind and they did each set of cookies just right. It's such a good feeling amidst the stress of planning a big party to have something turn out so right. My guests didn't want to eat them (at first!) because they were so "cute and clever". As an aside, the "best by" date is far enough out I could mail some to friends who couldn't make the party and they were delighted! You guys rock! read more

I am speechless about the quality of the cookies and desserts. It's not just the taste that absorbs me, it's the DESIGN. They turn everyday desserts into design masterpieces. It's so beautiful, that I think I could sing about it. Like seriously, the designs are beautiful! Cake pops become cats, infinite cookie designs, PRINTING ONTO FROSTING EVEN! I NEVER KNEW THAT WAS POSSIBLE! Like, the only time I've seen something printed on desserts was frosting on cakes and cookies. THIS IS JUST NEXT LEVEL! The best cookies ever! Had these at Fox Hallow Farm a couple weeks ago. I LOVE shortbread so was so happy when I had one, kids loved them as well. Look you can go to the other market on 70th and get very good stuff and pay quite a lot more, or go to Kusher and get a better selection and pay reasonable prices. Yes it is smaller but bigger is not always better and having this small place is a positive. For me Kusher wins hands down. So go, look around and get some awesome stuff.

We are not of European/Ukranian descent and did not speak the language but the customers she helped all did. So now, after being more than patient I was getting angry. We had been waiting for more than 40-45 minutes at this point. AFTER we had already ordered and PAID. I kept looking at her thinking she is going to pack our order but she kept working on others, but she made eye contact with me many times, knowing we were waiting. Finally when I was about to say something to another clerk she comes over and asks us if we wanted it packed together. Like we had not been made to wait for over 40 minutes till she acknowldged us. No apology, nothing. She packed our 3 pastries and we were not happy at all, especially after leaving a tip at the kiosk. I did not get her name but she was the only dark-haired/brunette behind the counter. The saving grace was the cashier at the front, a very friendly gentleman who saved our trip but not enough to want to come back to your market again. I understand being busy, I work in the food industry-but to have no direction, no sense of urgency, no customer service skills at all and to be made to feel like the bad service was purposeful, no thank you. We don't need to visit again. Which is sad because I love to learn about other cultures and enjoy their cuisine and the market was delightful and everything we purchased was delicious but we know when we are not welcome at an establishment so we will spend our money elsewhere. After posting this review I went and read how many others felt discriminated against as people of color(we are Asian), and see a theme here. If more than one customer has felt this way, obviously this is an issue that has not been addressed. Again, the cashier at the market was very friendly but your servers behind the cafe/deli counter need some training on customer service and discriminating practices. Such a shame for a business to allow this behavior to continue.

In fact, every thing I've tried here has been excellent. I also tried the big salted chocolate chip cookie which ha a generous amount of chocolate chips in it. It was, as I expected, excellent. We also enjoyed some wonderful quiche and my friend had some coffee which she said was the best she's ever had. The staff is friendly and helpful with suggestions too. I'm looking forward to returning and trying more goodies soon. There is a comfortable nice place place to enjoy those trats too with seating outside for those nice days. It kind of reminds me of some of those nice little eateries I like to visit in my travels through Europe. I just plain enjoy this place.

The coffee was made perfect and the scone delish. They open at 7 am and even have a drive thru! The staff was so welcoming and friendly. For the Good to Go deal I got a half a dozen of cupcakes and one of the gals asked if she wanted me to explain all the flavors. That was kind of her to take the time to do so. The other girl seemed to joyfully make my coffee. The place itself is clean with ample seating. Will definitely be back!

The breakfast sandwiches, savory Dutch baby, quiche all received high marks. The service was friendly and quick even though they were busy and cook things fresh when you order. The shelves were full of scrumptious looking treats but I was here for just one. The blueberry cake donut of course! I also got a raspberry krispie bar for my mom (the bite I took was yummy!)
