I am not one to be petty and put people down, but I believe it's time someone says something about how unprofessional this place is. For context, I had messaged the owner to confirm the address where my fiancé would pick up the lechon (roasted pig) and communicated that he would be picking it up at 1:15 pm, to which she responded in agreement. However, when my fiancé arrived, the lechon was still not ready, and they explained that it was due to the weather, which is ridiculous because the previous day was much better than it had been all week. Furthermore, after cutting through the pig to serve to guests, half of the roasted pig was not fully cooked, as can be seen in the attached picture. This is a health code violation. Therefore, I am making this post because this business is not only unprofessional but also risks the health of people. In conclusion, please take into consideration before ordering at Seattle Manila Oriental Store.

SOOOOO nice to meet the staff and the food is delicious! Stumbled upon this spot because it's near my work in Auburn and I feel like I won the lottery. The owners are so warm and welcoming. The food is the ultimate comfort food!

Ask the Community - Seattle Manila Oriental Store

Do you have a deli or restaurant in your store and do you serve filipino food and does your menu change daily? Why do I see pictures of food on their website and do they carry lumpia wrappers?

There's no deli or Filipino food like you would see at Phil Cuisine, they have halo halo and a sari sari store with Philippines items, chips, shampoo, can meats, sardines etc

Finally checked out West Hill Deli! Absolutely loved their food and ambiance…read more For food, we got the adobo pork belly (comes with macaroni salad, rice, and vegetables on the side) and the pandan fried chicken (comes with rice and veggies on the side). Pandan was super crispy and rice was soft, not mushy. Adobo was rich in garlic and in smoky and sweet flavor. Love they kept the fat on some adobo pieces. Each dish was just enough for us to finish for breakfast. For drinks, we ordered the calamansi juice and calamansi iced tea. Both taste great. Side notes: You order up front, bring your table number, and sit wherever you like. They will bring you your food. Once youre done, please put your food away in the back, which is located on the left hand side of the deli if youre facing the deli at the entryway. It was busy on a Sunday around noon. A few were available but was filled quickly after about half an hour of us arriving. People tend to spend time here. About an hour if youre just there to have a quick meal, but families were gathering and spending time with no rush which i loved. No waitress or waiter to check on you, just only to bring you your food which took a reasonable 2 minutes for drinks and about 10 - 15 for food. Overall, we definitely recommend!

I also tried the garlic fried rice with longanisa and eggs, which was really good too. The longanisa had that nice sweet-savory balance, and the garlic rice was fragrant and comforting, though I'd still pick the sisig if I had to choose between the two. The ube pancakes were delicious soft, slightly sweet, and definitely a fun treat. Fair warning though, they will leave your teeth a little purple for a bit but honestly worth it. I also got the ube coffee and... YUM. Such a good combo with the pancakes. Overall, everything was solid and full of flavor. I'd definitely come back, especially for that pork sisig. Tita is definitely cooking in the back you can taste it.

I've never had and really wanted to see what they hype was all about. The owner was super nice, and the person on the phone (lady) was so sweet and put my order in for two. I'm so glad I went with 2 not 3 because these things are HUGE! As big as my head/profile. I really enjoyed eating them. So crunchy and just something new for me. They did taste like lumpia for me - not Shanghai but the actual eggroll kind. The ends of the empanadas were the best part in My opinion. OMG' I can eat that part all day lol. Also, I was so surprised (spoiler alert) about the fried egg inside. It made the empanada like a breakfast burrito! Lol so good The actual restaurant is in a strip mall type area with other cultural restaurants, and loved the Filipino displays and decorations. Love that. And the owner told me he was from Ilocos where they learned how to cook these. They had the hot Buffett with the traditional foods, and I liked that they had goat papaitan. I was tempted to buy but didn't. I did end up with cassava cake. Oh, that brings back good old memories of my mom making this! Thank you HERITAGE! Love the name too!!!
