When cut open, they reveal beautiful, contrasting layers of airy fruit mousse, a intense fruit center (like a gelée or confit), and a thin sponge cake base. She made time to chat about my idea and was willing to hand deliver the cake the day of the wedding as a surprise. She listened to what I wanted visually and made it look exactly how I envisioned. She was also texting me photos of the finished product and making communication really easy. The cake was beautiful, she delivered it and my brother and his fiancé were over the moon!
