As soon as I get into the car, I had to sample. What a pleasant surprise, it was delicious... The texture was chewy and "sour" just the way it should be. No air holes or gaps. You know it is bad when 15 people took a slice and most of it ended up in the garbage. The frosting was nasty. My daughter said it tasted like wax smells. It tasted nothing like whipped cream. Way over priced not worth it. I will be calling tomorrow to let them know how horrible it was.
