Note: YELP does not allow algebraic symbols to be used in their reviews. Probably because their software team failed algebra. This is a standard construction "tent tube" system re-used for a display system, whereby the aluminum tubing supports a retractable display. There is a center elastic band similar to those used in tent systems. The washer will prevent the elastic band from retracting. The tube sits in a plastic receiver. English system washer sizes (which I already tried) are too large an OD. I found a metric size which worked perfectly. 99 cents. You decided to mansplain to me that my approach was all wrong. Why? Because I'm a 65 year old female wearing a pink blouse? Let me solve my own engineering problems please. Took my chainsaw for repair went to go pick it up. They said they fixed it, but was still having…read moreissues with it. Then they said the carburetor was bad. It took nine months to get the carburetor in. They told me they would replace the carburetor all I would have to do is pay for the carburetor and then we install it for free since they already charged me for the previous service. I said OK I went to go pick it up. They said they didn't fix it because it was a cost-effective . It was gonna be more than the chainsaw was worth, but the carburetor was only $70 so they didn't wanna spend their time replacing the carburetor because they were gonna get paid for it after they said they were gonna do it. They didn't anticipate it was gonna be a lot more work than expected so they basically said we're not gonna do it unless you want to pay the $235 for service. I will never do business with them again. The service lady was rude and disrespectful. Basically said to bad we don't alwyget what we want. Instead of working me she brushed me off.. worst service I ever experienced. She also said we have had issues with our technicians and had to have them replace. Cold cashier with terrible attitude at first cashier counter to the left…read more Young lady with the long black hair. 7/31/26 10:48am 1550 w valley pkwy, Escondido, ca Told me there's a guy that was waiting way out by the aisle, I did not see him all the way in the aisle and I apologized immediately. She said nothing after, the guy did not even look in our direction and immediately went to other cashier about 10 seconds after I apologized. The cashier just proceed to say nothing and do nothing pretending I was not there. Had to go to self checkout after that awkward interaction. She could've had a bad day but damn that was the ruddest cashier I ever met, makes me wanna think twice before coming there again.
