We rebuilt our house and purchased most (if not all) of plumbing supplies from Pacific Sales. Chris is the plumbing manager - extremely knowledgeable and willing to help. He is no fuss and provides the best price he is able to. We had a lot of questions when building our plumbing shopping list and he helped us picking them out along the way based on our requirements. When we finished the project, some of the items had issues. Chris, again super helpful, assisted us getting replacement parts promptly. We had a defected toilet tank and our plumber wasn't able to get a replacement (even though it's under warranty). Chris got us the tank replacement within a week. Robert scheduled the preinspection and installation with Prime One Installation who performed the preinspection and installation within a week from purchase. Pepe, Oscar, Alan and Tony with Prime One Installation just finished installing our 48" Subzero Refrigerator. They were awesome and I highly recommend Prime One Installs. We were advised on their arrival time 30 minutes before they arrived. They were very careful in removing our old built in refrigerator and perfectly installing our new Subzero! They are a full service company and readily made repairs to properly fit the new subzero and were very clean and careful I'm every step performed. With the closing of Sears I was lost when it came to where I should buy a new dishwasher. The big box stores are bit overwhelming for me so I came in to Pacific Sales. There were four associates sitting around a pillar kiosk, all busy with paperwork or on the computer. After looking around a bit, I was ready to leave because of the lack of service when Aaron, who was on crutches at the time, was still kind enough to not only acknowledge me as a customer but proceed to be exceptionally helpful in my search. I was looking for something that matched my current appliances and friends had pushed toward a certain brand and price point however, I wasn't really comfortable spending such a large amount of money. After actually listening and carefully considering what was important to me , Aaron guided me toward one that was reasonably priced. I was really concerned that it wouldn't get the dishes clean. His product knowledge and reassuring attitude, convinced me to try it and I have been extremely pleased. Absolute Disaster. Ordered an appliance package. Had to wait months, nobody called us when it arrived, we had to call them to schedule. When they finally delivered the refrigerator was completely damaged. Looked like the doors were crushed. They took it back. Now you have to work with Best Buy at this point. Best Buy called and said I cannot have a replacement for two months! All I have been given is a run around from support agents. I tried to contact my sales person at Pacific Sales and he no longer works there. I really regret not purchasing with Ferguson. To perspective appliance shoppers - Our double oven broke about 3 weeks ago. We have always gone to Pacific Sales competitors for our own appliances until last year. One of our contractors referred us to Carlsbad Pacific Sales to purchase the appliances for a remodel we were doing on my mom's house. We were not impressed at first with the initial sales people that helped us, but when we ran into issues Jonathan shinned! When our double oven went out 2 weeks ago, we stopped in at Lowes and Home Depot but we were not satisfied with the service and selection, so we went to Pacific Sales in Escondido (we live near that store). Enrique helped us with ordering a new double oven. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and gave us a great price on the oven that fit our needs. A week ago when our dryer started making louder even more funnier noises than it had already been making for quite sometime (it was doing this for a while - it was bought in 2002) we decided to try out the Escondido stores once again. Robert helped us this time. We were looking for some very specialized features in a dryer which most brands did not have and unfortunately Pacific Sales did not carry. Robert was very helpful and printed up the models that we could look into online or at other stores. There was no pressure!!!
