For $3, you can go swim in the middle or in the lap areas everyday of the week and use the gym equipment area! The pool in the middle goes up to 4-5 inches which is better than most pools around town which are only 3-4 inches! The lap sides can go up to 12 inches of water tho... anyways! Visit this place! I also discussed how that is perfect, because the elderly will not be in the pool. Guess what! When I arrived the managers claimed oh we don't do that for after hours. A room they gave me was basically a janitor room, as you can see in the picture. I also was told different times to submit the docusign forms by a Michelle and Perkins to submit it this date. All different dates, as you see in the email. Also was told a different estimate. Whitney Ranch 2hr for $200? So why did I pay $600? I submitted my payment in April. The amount of times I called in person to confirm to the facility. I even went in person 7/20/2026 after 2pm and an employee showed me the classroom. I asked who will be the manager during the event. She said, " oh you have to call a day before, because I don't know the schedule". Train your employees better! Do better! The amount of emotional distress this place has brought me is crazy. I put in a claim for a refund, because nothing was promised, everything was unprofessional. I work 6 days a week as a single parent, no you don't "understand my frustration". You don't know how much decorations and food I bought. I work my butt off for my girl and I. No, I did not get rest before, because I closed at my job and I stayed up for this. I spoke with adults when I was planning it, and now only teenagers answer. Like where did all the adults go? Vacationing?

We made our reservation a month earlier and payed the deposit that was required for 4 hours. On 2/20/2026 we arrived at 3pm ready to setup for our celebration. When we walked in the room, it was filled with clothes, food and children doing projects, the reserved signs that were supposed to be on the glass doors was taken off and thrown to the side on a counter. The room was not clean. The kitchen was not clean. When I said to the staff did you forget that this room was reserved? Everybody came out of the woodwork and start moving tables and gathering up things. We had to wait thirty minutes or more for them to clear the room in order for us to setup for a four hour event. Which they never cleaned trash was on tables and floors. So we had to clean before we set up our event. At the end of the event, we went over a little and was chastised as we walked out to our cars, hearing that the office manager will be in touch with you for the additional fees. I suggest that if you really want to have a stress-free event do not use this place. There is no professionalism at all there. Mind you, we left the place cleaner then what we found it because that's what we do. And we refused to pay anything in addition to what we had already paid. I'm writing this review in hopes to save, someone else the disappointment and the upsets that we felt the evening of celebrating such a great event. Blessings to all.

When the host walked me to my cabana, I was shocked to see it was one of the large, high-end ones that typically cost thousands. I was also able to snag a complimentary daybed, allowing me to alternate between sun and shade all day. The food and drinks were excellent and reasonably priced. It was the perfect solo self-care vibe. Honestly, it was so good that I plan on making it a monthly treat whenever the weather is warm. At $50, it is an absolute steal. I can't wait to go back!

That guy was Tanie, who continued to ignore us. Finally Mike just helped us even though he was supposed to be in charge of the line. Now lets talk Tanie, he couldn't function because he was too busy being a complete jerk to everyone, including the employees. He was the least functional bartender, but certainly the loudest. He was constantly screaming at the other bartenders, then he yelled and mocked a customer because they didn't tip, and roped the other bartenders into joining him. It was so uncomfortable. The vibe was so negative. It was very windy that day and at one point, the wind knocked over my husband's drink and spilled it all over the bar and our stuff. The bartenders all made a big deal of scolding him loudly for spilling as if he was a child, and then NONE of them offered napkins or a rag or anything. They just ignored us after yelling at us and left us there in a huge puddle, so we finally just left and went to the bathroom to clean off our items. I have never been so uncomfortable or felt so unwanted or had such blatant and purposeful bad service. Tanie especially was a full on villain, just bullying everyone around him.
