The main pool is very crowded, so if you want a more relaxing experience a cabana is a must. The cabanas themselves are very spacious and have lots of seating, a fridge and misters. The pool is nice and warm, not freezing cold so they definitely have the heater on which is great! There's 2 different pool areas and we normally stay near the main one with fountain to lounge in. We took advantage of the locals discount for a daybed and it was great. The daybeds are really comfortable and have curtains you can close for both a little privacy if you want to nap and to block the crazy Vegas sun. There's 2 hot tubs, the main pool and several other smaller pools around so when we were there you didn't feel like you were on top of people. I do wish they would keep some of the smaller pools warmer during the non-summer months because the hot tubs would get crazy crowded since the main pool was so cold for the weather. The waitress was very present and checked in on us often so we didn't go without anything we needed for long. As locals we had a great experience, the staff everybody was very pleasant, accommodating plenty of lifeguards on duty and they had a pretty decent menu food and drink drinks. Since we were locals, we got a discount on the cabanas, which was great to have like anywhere that you order food, especially outside. It takes a bit longer than expected. Something has came out faster than others, really enjoyed the cauliflower buffalo bites. They were delicious and there was a large portion. I think the burgers were the best thing too order, chicken finger since three nice big pieces with fries The pool for the most part was pretty clean when there was debris around inside of the pool understandable with the wind blowing some of the lounge chairs had stains on them, had to use a towel on that! It's a beautiful pool area and itself very tropical. The water was cold once you're in there you get used to it and they had a few hot spas to sit in. We came here for the first time and it was really nice. Super hot because it was in the middle of the summer, but it was clean and the service was great. There were many places to sit and several pools to try out. The kids truly loved jumping off that middle fountain pool ledge thing. My room had an awesome view of the entire pool area. Could be cleaner - We are locals and scheduled a daybed during a locals promo they were doing, but because it was booked so far ahead we found out the day of that the promo was not available anymore. Felt like false advertising to me. Daybeds are also shoved in between the main pool and a set of chairs. It's a high traffic area. Had a better experience when reserving a chair with umbrella in a lower traffic area. Other than that, I would expect their daybeds to be cleaner. Ours had dirty spots, idk, oil or food stains. We covered it with towels - one of which had a hole in it. It's the beginning of the season, hate to see what the condition is at the end of the season. I really like coming to the pools here ! They have about 7-8 pools all different sizes, and hot tubs. The only thing honestly is that if you want to order anything, you have to chase the waitresses up and down because they forget about you! other than that this has to be one of my favorite pools especially for locals ! If only there's a more than 5 star rating, I will gladly give Red Rock Resort and Casino, Las Vegas 10 stars. All the staff were amazing and friendly. Check-in was professionally handled and easy. Housekeeping quick to responds to our needs. Our room was spacious, clean and beyond comfortable with stunning views. The bathroom has dual sink with a bathtub. Easy access to their Fitness center, pool and spa. Everyone went over and beyond to make our 3 nights stay enjoyable and memorable. Casino floors and slot machines were cleaned so often. A wide variety of dining options to choose from right on the casino floor. A shopping mall is just a block away. Parking was no problems with zero parking fees. Paradise found. This will now be our "go to" hotel resort and casino every time we feel like going to Las Vegas. read more

I use to be bottle service and it is so embarrassing to see what they are in and they each said they hate it too. It's like skin colored but more yellow like stale yogurt . Not worth it. It's $40 minimum, $50 for a lounger and $300 for a daybed. We got a day bed and were excited to try this pool out. We moved here and were looking for our weekend pool. Our server took 45 minutes between rounds minimum and forgot our drinks on multiple occasions. We eventually had to go up to the bar which upset our server. For a daybed you're going to spend $300 minimum on, you'd expect a menu on your bed and better service. The only reason it is a 2star is because the ambiance/pool set up is nice. Get. The. Cabana. Just get it and share it with friends. The plunge pools around our cabanas were quite peaceful compared to the main pools. I still can't tell if the cabanas have their own servers or not, based on how hard it was to flag someone down for orders. The rules say that the signature cabanas are for 18+, but all the cabanas had young children, so... Not that it mattered because all the children preferred the main pools over the plunge pools, and only were at the cabanas briefly to eat or nap. Cabanas are the only way to go. The regular pool is very nice, but being able to get away from the masses (and children) by reserving a cabana isn't to be missed. Lindsey is above and beyond great at her job, and I promise you won't get better service from anyone in Vegas. So sad.....we've been going to Red Rock pool for staycations since this property opened. The pool has always happening with great gorgeous, bubbly servers. Yes you always waited to get your drinks due to them being busy but that was expected. Coconut mojitos were THE BEST drink around. Went to pool last weekend and it was such a sorry sight. It was EDC weekend and we expected pool to be a bit happening, not crazy but at least fun. The pool was so boring with absolutely NO ambiance. Even the music was meh. Pool attendants were NOT up to Red Rock par. Also was told they dont make coconut mojitos anymore because "they took out their blenders". WHAT? Well ok. Reserved a cabana for my sons birthday . We had previously had amazing cabana service in the past but today was really bad. It is so important for service workers to know you have to earn your tips and give good service for them . The food showed up in a decent amount of time but just could not get drinks or a waitress in a timely manner . Instead of letting me know about how much I should be tipping (suggested gratuity ) 3 different times you should have been making sure your guests had drinks and service because that's what I expect on a 800+ bill and what I would tip accordingly for . Very disappointing service today. After I gave her tip which was still more than I feel she earned she said she would come back to check on us and never did. It's just not how you expect to be treated when you pay for a nice service and don't get it. Also, I didn't appreciate the server going over my bill in front of my guests and saying the dollar amounts out loud. I do not need help understanding my bill. I'm not sure what this server was trying to accomplish but the hard tip press at the end after the most terrible service all day is in very poor taste. My kids having to wait 40-45 min in this heat for a pitcher of $24 soda isn't the way to my heart or my money . Customer service is very important. read more

I've had many bloody Mary's in my time and hers are top notch (EVERYTIME), If you want a great drink ask for Taylor (and if she's busy, that sucks for you because she's that good and well worth the wait!) - brads recommendation for the lavender haze drink was on par! After many visits, time to give some props to a good pool.. Pool setup: There are plenty of lounge chairs, day beds throughout the pool area. The main pool has a cool fountain in the middle and can accomodate a lot of guests. The water temperature is a little chilly when you first get in, and then it warms up quickly. There are smaller side pools and the cabanas have their own private pools as well. Food and Drink Service: There are numerous cocktail servers but service is spotty at best. My experiences have been I get one drink order served and then I don't see them the rest of my stay. Even the cabana service is spotty as we've had to search for our servers. I'm not sure if they're understaffed or if it's a scheduling thing. Here's the best Red Rock Pool tip: Sit as close as possible to the bar next to the outdoor blackjack tables. There's plenty of bartenders there and they are on it. You step up and someone is asking what you need immediately, the crew works with a professional sense of urgency and I appreciate it. Do not go here. What was a regular Sunday turned into one of the most frustrating situations I have had since i have lived in Las Vegas. We were ordering drinks and food through our server at the chairs. The pool was packed and things were taking far too long already so I went to the pool bar myself to get a drink. I ordered one drink that was a total of $19.41. However, when I was charged the bartender Ashley. swiped my card for $240. Upon noticing this I immediately returned to the counter and asked what was going on. To which Ashely replied she had swiped my card accidentally for someone else's tab and a refund was already on its way. i accepted this as hopeful truth and returned back to my seat. Upon leaving Red Rock I gathered my belongings, which included my credit card and lefts the property. On my way home I received another charge to my card while it was in my pocket and we were not even on property. I called Red Rock at this point and voiced my concern which was met with a long wait time and ultimately put on the phone with a supervisor at the pool who assured me that this would be figured out by the end of the day and everything would be off my account. That is not what happened. Today the charges posted to my account, no "refund issued" like Ashely had said and nothing "figured out." As a local who has been going to Red Rock since I was in middle school this was an utterly disappointing experience that put a terrible taste in my mouth for this property and their operation. What was a purchase simply for a drink due to a lack of proper service turned into a 3 day plus endeavor that is now resulting in a dispute I have to file with my bank after their staff caused a multitude of shady mistakes with no one taking accountability. read more

Pool service for drinks were quick. Food was average was and speed was slooow. Drinks were average too in terms of quality. Ordered 2 pitchers - pineapple (little bitter) and watermelon (medicine taste). Not my favorite pool side drinks in Vegas. The Red Rock pool was so much fun, great atmosphere, huge pool and the service from our server Isabella was great. She was constantly checking up on us, the lifeguards were scanning the water and constantly keeping hooligans in check. One of the lifeguards even brought over an umbrella, so nice! We order the poke bowl for lunch and the dole whip to beat the heat, the poke bowl tasted fresh and the rice was warm and soft, really tasty and refreshing meal by the pool. The dole whip is not huge, it can be easily eaten by two people or even one, it's just two scoops and strawberry & pineapple with mixed fruit but overall delicious. The family and a few friends spent Labor Day at the pool and had a very enjoyable experience. We rented a Cabana and the wait staff was friendly, prompt and helpful. The food and drinks, while not cheap, are not overly priced but more importantly it's all tasteful and enjoyable. The mister in the cabana was leaking but the team did what they could to fix it. It was nice they cared, and overall the Cabana was worth it. There are multiple pools and with social distancing enforced there was plenty of seats for the people there. The staff was wearing mask, they do temperature checks as you enter the resort, sanitizing wipes are available and the staff seems to keep on top of cleanliness. It made us feel comfortable. Easily the worst customer service I've received in Vegas. Ask for the cocktail server Jessica if you want to get ripped off since apparently she'll tip herself with your credit card whatever she wants. Wanted to treat my mom out to a nice day at the pool. We got there at 12:20 and weren't able to get drinks until 1:20. This wasn't a busy day, being that it's a weekday after Memorial Day Weekend. During this time, I asked three different servers if they were serving my section and they all said they would send someone over. No one showed up. The fourth server I asked happened to be ours and her name was Jessica. She did take our order, but we waited at our chairs another 20 minutes. It was taking so long to get our drinks we walked up to wait by her service well to get drinks and she didn't even acknowledge us. Later she blamed us and said she didn't know where we went so she just left it by our chairs. My mom and I spend a lot of the day waiting and annoyed that we were ignored just for two drinks and food that we could hardly enjoy the beautiful pool so we ended up leaving early. I don't recommend the Red Rock Pool for a laidback day at the pool especially if you're in Jessica's section. The manager, Dianna, later apologized to us, refunded the amount, and offered VIP passes. It was then we realized Jessica took it upon herself to charge my what was a "zero" tip to $20. This is fraud and unacceptable. The food, drinks, and pool are amazing, but I would recommend checking your bank statement to see if your server took it upon themselves to tip themselves for poor service. read more

This is my most favorite pool in Vegas!! The Dole Whip Sundae is amazing to share if you're with a group. Generally it takes a bit to get your drinks from the various hostesses but the season is just starting. Drinks are pricey but then again, what pool drinks aren't in Vegas. If you have the money, splurge on getting a canopy daybed or even more generous the awesome cabana secluded from the rest of the pool revelers. If you're going on good graces.....get there early to pick your lounges for the day, it gets crowded early and all day long. The ease of getting in and out of the big pool is just that, easy with plenty of stairs or walk in "beach-type" access. Great time for everyone in the family! read more

Red rock pool is definitely a place to go to escape the strip pool vibes! It's family friendly and lots to do no matter your age. Cabanas and day beds are available for purchase, and first come first serve on the lounge chairs which have umbrellas on some. Michael Aromin is the bar manager there and he was extremely helpful and attentive to my friends and I. The wait staff was also attentive despite how busy they were. Props to them for wearing their masks in 100+ degree weather. I don't know how they do it, but thank you! The pool however should limit the amount of people they let in. It seems like they are not keeping track of their capacity and it also seemed they were almost to full capacity that day. Bathrooms were clean and sanitized.
