I asked for sour cream, no sour cream only thing that they are not rationalizing is onions. I asked for onions on my burrito. They gave me 85% onions Light on the beans and the meat and the cheese. Came here looking for breakfast. According to their app the adjusted hours said it opened at 8am. The employees literally arrive at 8am as well. This is our neighborhood bakers and we go there quite often. It's hot and miss if your food will be good or not. Today I ordered fries and a quesadilla with extra cheese. My husband went thru the drive thru and brought home to me. It was disgusting. The fries were double fried and cold with no salt and the quesadilla had extra extra green sauce. There was so much I couldn't even eat it. I asked for extra cheese not extra sauce. Needless to say the whole meal went in the trash. This location has gone downhill over the past few months and tonight was the final straw. The drive thru line was somewhat full (to be expected on a Friday night) but once I got to the window to order, no one greeted me. I waited for over 5 minutes before a girl said "Can I take your order?" How welcoming. She never apologized for the wait. For whatever reason every time I've gone through the drive thru I seem to get someone who appears to not like their job. They never give you your total, they just ask you to come to the window. I paid with my debit card and she kept my card while she was taking other orders and making drinks. I did not get my card back until my food came out. Totally unacceptable. This type of behavior is a red flag in my opinion and a huge safety issue. Lastly, When I received my food, she gave me ONE napkin, yes one. Then when I informed her I only received one, she gave me ONE more. What a joke! By this time she could tell that I was annoyed and asked if I needed more. I declined and left. so i came to the drive thru on 9.30.19 at around 11:30pm. i was ordering chili cheese fries but substituting the chili for green sauce which is what i typically order. the girl (later found out her name is ZIN) told me on the speaker she has to charge me extra and i told her i never get charged, they usually just substitute it bc i don't like the meat. well this girl says "well that's why we have the vegetarian chili" in the nastiest tone EVER. i told her politely i didn't want that, i wanted green sauce. she stayed quiet for a good 3 minutes and finally said "ok anything else" in the same ugly tone. i ordered a chocolate shake as well. i went to the window and she still was wearing her bad attitude. she hands me my shake then stands the fries right side up. which is common sense you have to leave them on the side and then she basically shoved them toward me and i swear on everything when i put the fries layed down they all came out and onto my jacket. i had to knock on the window a few times for her to come back. when she opened the window she was all "what??" i was like ummmmm yeah u just messed up the fries by putting them the wrong way and now they're all over my front seat. she was all "oh my bad i'll make u new ones. give me those." i handed them to her. she had a grip on them and then when i let go she dropped them all over my car door. i literally made sure she had a grip on them and she just let them go. like really?! she made me new ones, and i went home. my shake was hella melted bc she had to remake the fries and when i went to eat the fries they were cold and stale. i'm so upset. first bakers raises their prices and now their customer service is the only thing cheap. The food is good and burgers are right up there wit In N Out; however this location is always understaffed and it takes forever to get your food. Plan on at least a 25 minute wait even during times they aren't very busy. There's been times it's taken me 30 minutes for an order of fries and a shake. I was trying to give her the promotion code for the Bakers discount they were having for their promotion. I asked for the manager, (Augie) acted like he was scared of her. This review is about the way this particular restaurant is managed. I was waiting in the drive thru for about 20 minutes for my order and I had to use the restroom so I had my passenger hop in the driver's seat so I can walk in to use the restroom. I went around and the door was locked to the restaurant. I rang the doorbell and let the employee know I need to use the restroom. The employee said he needed to ask the manager and I told him to please hurry and I let him know I'm a paying customer in the drive thru line. He came back and said the manager said no. Now to let you know the dinning room has been open on other days. I asked to speak with the manager and he said he would grab her. Another employee came to the door who I assumed was the manager but he also told me that the manager said she didn't want anyone in the restaurant, I told him I am not going to go into the dinning room I just need to use the restroom. I offered him 20 dollars to use the restroom and he refused and closed the door. I this point I was upset and somehow I didn't have the urge to use the restroom. I seen my car pulling out of the drive thru and I grabbed the food and walked to the window and asked for my money back because I do not want to spend my money at a place that won't even give a customer the courtesy to use the restroom. The manager told me no that I can't have my money back because I don't have the receipt. I walked to the car and got the receipt and gave it to her. I thought we were done, but nothing happened for 20 minutes. She refused to come to the door to communicate with me on what's going on and why it's taking so long for a refund. After a little while longer she cracked the door and told me she that she had called the police on me. I was confused at this point because all I wanted was my money back after I gave her my receipt over 20 minutes ago. The police arrived and I was standing close to the door. I walked up to the police. And the deputy asked me is the guy still in the restaurant. I said no, I'm the guy that she called you about. The deputy asked me if I had barged my way into the restaurant I said no and explained to her what happened. She then talked with the manager and the deputy was visibly frustrated because the manager called in a fake crime that I broke into the restaurant. Then the deputy asked the manager why couldn't she just give us our money back when we asked for it. The manager said because her manager is not allowing her to. I asked why couldn't you tell me that now 30 minutes ago. Sorry for the long review, but the bottom line is this store is poorly managed and this manager called the police falsely claiming that I broke into the restaurant. The situation could've ended differently if the deputy wasn't as professional as she was. We ended up leaving with no refund or no food. I will be emailing the corporate office, this review and I do expect a refund and an apology. read more
