Easily the WORST Bakers in the IE. If they don't screw up your order, you can bet you're gonna be stuck in the drive thru for longer than you should. I just waited close to a 1/2 hr for 4 breakfast combo's. And when I finally made it to the window, she still didn't have my order right. And I can hear them goofing off laughing in the kitchen as I'm waiting on my order. Doesn't seem like the best time to be goofing around while cars are piling up in the drive thru. Always a good choice to go to any bakers. People hare when I say it but it can be compared to INO ( In N Out) if you don't know haha. But it's just as fresh as almost as expensive which isnt saying much. On the plus side for bakers, they have the daily deals on virtually every item sometime weighing a month. For those of you unfamiliar with this primarily west coast/Inland Empire chain..... It's very similar to Carl's Jr./Hardees, but more of a hybrid between the typical American burger place and a Taco Bell. The food isn't spectacular... Best fast food in Southern California in my opinion. I used to love the cheese burgers here but then I stopped eating meat. However, they offer great options for vegetarians. The veggie burrito is absolutely delicious. But the boca burger is where it's at! Once I asked for a double baker boca burger. Which is pretty much too boca patties. It was pretty much the best decision I had made with my life at the time. Don't judge me. Also, around Halloween time the little orange books they sale are a great value for 1 dollar. Great food! First time visting this location and I was NOT impressed. As i walked in, the crew members we "busy" in fufilling customers orders (mostly from drive thru). I was at the counter ready to order and not one team member acknowledged me. I was surprised there wasnt any "Hi welcome in, we will be with you in a moment". Nope nothing at all. I waited roughly 6 mins before the manager finally took my order (simple cheeseburger and chili chees fries). I love Baker's & I couldn't wait to have a meal, since I just relocated back to California, from Texas. However, my sister, cousin & I were disappointed to receive stale tacos. The shells were definitely stale on all 6 tacos, for Taco Tuesday. My family members thought it was just me being picky, since I hadn't eaten their food in years. Today I went to this location at 7:15 am (they open at 7). The cashier was highly upset that my family and I were the first ones in. She disregarded us, was extremely rude, and treated us with disrespect. While she continued to ignore us, my family and I were not rude and kept smiles on our faces given we have worked fast food before and understand the struggle. With that being said, the treatment I received from the girl and cook was not deserved. Be careful. Twice now our credit cards have been stolen from this place. When you don't use your card for awhile and then use it and the next few days you get a bunch of fraud charges. We come to bakers a lot and usually service is pretty good along with food quality. The only problem is when you order more than two bean and cheese burritos you get no beans. We ordered 4 bean and cheese burritos today and what I got was literally like a quesadilla with a teaspoon of beans in it. All 4 burritos were the same way. Worst fast food experience! I went through drive thru, long wait, I'm driving home and realized they forgot to give me my drinks! Mind you I'm 2 mins away from my house, I drive back and they had the fucken nerve to give me the same drinks that's have been sitting there all watered down AND they were trying to give me a Powerade probably from someone else's order that they forgot as well. Went through the drive-Thur and the order was wrong. The menu has changed asked employee about a budget meal, they placed order that way, but when I received the it was wrong. So when I went I asked for a correction I was told, to call the one 800 number which no one got back to me called 6 times. My family and I patronize this particular Bakers weekly. It's our local Bakers. Long story short, I was over charged the young lady in the drive thru (Desiree) had to get the manger to void out the charges. That wasn't the actual issue. The manger on duty (Zinni) was absolutely rude, unprofessional, and was stunned she was a manager. Higher management needs to pull her out of the position and provide her with extended management training. Her customer service skills were unacceptable. I seriously think she forgot she was at work. I did come in contact with two other young ladies in drive thru and they were wonderful, overall my order was correct, however it wasn't a pleasant experience with the young manger on duty. Reading previous reviews there's an issue at this Baker's with management. I'm only giving two stars because of the two young ladies I came in contact with. read more

Absolutely love this location! The openers are sweet and very kind. As someone who has opened for a fast food restaurant before, I know the struggle! I see a lot of negative reviews on here, but honestly, if you treat those who serve you poorly, don't expect top notch customer service back. And remember, they're only human. I was given the wrong drink and when I went back to the counter to let them know and the employee (Zinnia) has an attitude about it like if it was my fault. Great service and food at good prices. Would have given 5 stars but the parking lot smelled like natural gas. I told one of the ladies working there and she said she heard the same complaint all day yet nothing had been done.
