First off as soon as you walk in the floors are covered with muck, stains crumbs all over the floors they look like they are not kept clean or mopped, all the tables have food and stains. No one comes out to wipe them down. I went to cashier, asked her for a spray bottle and rag to wipe my own table down. She never came. I get they can get busy, however they kept putting out burnt fries once asked to make fresh they were burnt again. I watched burgers sitting out getting cold. Once we got our food it was cold. I took them back and the manager she began to argue with me over me saying the food was cold. My husband and I will never return to this location. All the other locations seem to be doing just fine and are always clean. I don't know what the deal is with this location. read more

We waited 20 minutes finally got our two burritos once I took them out of the bag instantly I felt how cold they were and then we bit into them to bite into nothing but tortilla finally got to the inside and it was just cheese bacon and hardly nothing or any egg at all!! Hubby and I went through the drive thru. No receipt was given for my bonus program. The fries were soggy ice mushy like socks taken out of the washer. The buns were not warmed up. Savannah was confused what a ice coffee meant. Her and other gal and guy seem confused. They kept insisting ice coffee had to have flavor in it. They didn't understand what a regular ice coffee is. This location is run by completely incompetent people. Not only did the drive thru take 40 minutes to receive my order, but they had us sitting waiting to other for 20 of those minutes. I specially asked for my burger to be protein style as I need to be careful with my carb intake and I ordered a vegetarian soft taco for my daughter without tomato. I seriously don't know why there are such bad reviews for this place! While it is a little more difficult to get into due to the expansion of CalBaptist it still has good service. The drive thru honestly takes no longer then any other fast food business and the menu has a good variety of burger,tacos burritos both vegetarian and meat types. So the burger items here a bit cheaper than In 'N Out. However, the taco items here are a bit more expensive than Taco Bell. I had a chance to try out both options... For the burgers... You're paying less than In N Out and you get less food for it. So the prices are proportional for the price. Nothing too fancy here. They close at 12:00 AM and I tried ordering a shake at 10:00 PM and I was told they start cleaning machines at 9:00 PM. Good is always great. Fries always hot and cooked to perfection. Gave it three starts due to the inconsistent time of shakes being available. read more

The drive threw line pretty full but it was going to be worth the wait, so I thought. I get my food, park to wa eat and of course, no large Fry! I'm wanting to love this place, but the food just seems ok. You can see that everything is fresh, but lacking in flavor. Taco Tuesdays are only for the regular hard shell tacos. I absolutely love Bakers and this is THE worst bakers ive ever been too. I specofically ask for extra hot sauce, as much as you can give me, and spicy ketchup. Haven't been to Bakers in years. I ordered 3 ground beef tacos and tostada extra cheese. What happened to the taco shells?? One half of the shell is missing about an inch on one side so you aren't getting a full taco. My tostada didn't have extra cheese. If you are going to sell the tacos like this lower the price. Been on a Baker's first-timer binge lately. I love the double baker meal! The burger was surprisingly tasty and the fries, although plain, taste really good. It's a nice change from all the saltiness of other fast food places. My rating goes down when it comes to the Mexican side of the menu. I tried the machaca and egg breakfast plate. It definitely looked way more disappointing in person compared to the picture posted of it. Then again, all fast food pictures seem to glorify the food to rope you in. Taste was mediocre. The egg and machaca looked like a weird oval-shaped patty. Spanish rice was okay and the cheesy beans were basic. Baker's needs to up their breakfast game if they plan on competing and expanding westward more. As for now, I'll just stick to the double bakers. read more

First time actually having bakers after absolutely falling in love with the amazing salsa my coworker bought me from a different location at work. I absolutely dislike this location and the service. Not welcoming AT ALL, slow service, decent burger, and they had a hard time hearing me so I had to project my voice. Most disappointing of all was the fact that the salsa was not as good as I recalled it. They were not fresh and hot like I remembered and the salsa was not as delicious as I recall. Instead the one thing I was looking forward to was cold, and tasted old. Then I noticed she kept on looking at me up and down giving me dirty looks just very very very unprofessional. I then ordered a combination burrito and when I took one bite it was like the whole burrito collapsed in my handsso I then get up to ask if they could remake the burrito and the Manager MARY says well it's because you have sour cream in it then had them remake it. My first time ever eating at a Baker's restaurant was about 2 months ago when I went to Riverside for the first time to visit my girlfriend's new home while she goes to school. I wasn't disappointed by the food at all, it's very decent, but the only downside is the price. The only thing I have ordered from Baker's before was a teriyaki chicken sandwich, the chicken wasn't anything that looked real per say, as you could tell it was some fast food bird. But it still have a good flavor, and the teriyaki was pretty good and tangy. My girlfriend ordered a regular cheeseburger, and I'm prettyy sure she enjoyed it, but once again, nothing spectacular. The fries were also pretty good, I guess you could say that they compared to McDonald's fries. It's safe to say that I would visit a Baker's again in the near future, but not too often...my wallet can't take that much punishment. read more

Monterey quesadilla ( add chicken) with small drink- so as I order my food and she gives me the total at the drive thru of almost ten dollars, I assume I mis heard her. I look at receipt and they charged me four bucks to add chicken!!! That's more than the whole quesadilla itself cost! I asked hereby I was charged so much , because my meal is never over 7 dollars. She was very nice but told me her manager had told her to charge me twice for the chicken!!!! Wth.
