Was completely disappointed in the chicken- was all fatty chunks in the strips! The Chicken Strips were SMALL. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE THE SIZE OF THE STRIPS? Why so small? The location is very clean and well maintained. The vibe was nice for dine in however was on go so i did take out. They had food ready in 9 minutes. I was last at this restaurant when they opened a few years ago. I don't understand the hype over this place. The food is mediocre at best and way overpriced for chicken tenders, fries were very salty to the point I couldn't eat them. The food is always pretty solid at any Raising Cane's location, they actually get your name right without you having to repeat it for them or anything. I've gotten Chaz, Chavez, and Chad at other locations, so I'm glad I found one that got my name correct the first time. Service is pretty standard for a fast food place, they called out orders as they were ready and orders were ready pretty quickly after they were ordered. Ambiance can be a bit on the louder side in here at times, but the playlist is at least decent most times I've been there. There are days when it's more packed than others due to schools around the area having early release days, but, generally speaking, this location isn't overly busy during lunch hours on a normal day. Always enjoy getting lunch at this location when it's not so crowded because it's pretty comfortable inside as well as on the outside seating. If you haven't tried Raising Cane's and have been itching to, I definitely suggest trying this location. read more

The honey mustard was watered down, and the sweet tea despite buying a jug had barely any sweetness. I also asked an employee a few questions about the rewards program, and she had no idea how to help and showed no interest in finding out. That lack of engagement only added to the poor experience. I've had Cane's at other locations, and this one doesn't even compare. I'm from LA and stopped here while on the way to take my child to school. I went yesterday because my grandson wanted Raising Cane's. I ordered four pieces of chicken strips, which come with fries, a drink, and coleslaw. I also added a small iced tea. Since it only comes with one dip for four pieces of chicken strips, I ordered two more dips at $0.49 each. How can they feel one dip is enough for four pieces of chicken strips and charge $0.49 for a tiny cup of their special sauce? My bill was over $17 for one meal. I have driven by Raising Canes so many times but never thought of trying it. Since the drive thru is on the interior side of the restaurant, you would have no idea driving by how busy it actually gets. Upon my first visit, I decided to order inside since I had no idea what was on the menu. It reminded me of a certain famous burger chain as the menu is so simple. I ordered the Box Combo. I was pleasantly surprised by the taste of the food. It was better than I thought. The chicken appears like it would be dry and tough but it is juicy and tender. I haven't eaten long crinkle cut fries since I was a kid. Upon first glance, I thought the portion size was smaller than expected but they filled me. The fries could have been crispier but I suspect they steamed in the closed container. I am not a fan of any coleslaw so I chose to substitute the coleslaw for an extra cane's sauce. I wasn't sure what to expect. When I first tried it, I wasn't a fan. The sauce is similar to a cross between ranch with thousand island. The more I ate it, the more I became accustomed to the taste and I liked it. The Texas toast was good. Probably would be better if it hadn't had steamed inside the box. The server recommended that I got it buttered on both sides. Great recommendation. I couldn't tell if the bread was sweet or the butter but either way I liked the Texas toast. This is not the raising cane's I remember. The first time we had it was in Anaheim and OMG it was fresh and delicious. Unfortunately- this is not the case here. The drive thru line was long per usual, but went fast. They had an employee placing orders from a tablet. Down side is they do not have any menus or do they take your order near the menu. So you either have to know what you want or look it up yourself. We received our order and when I tell you the lackluster look I had on my face upon opening.. man was I disappointed to see the teeeny chicken nuggets given. Overall experience: Glad the drive thru line was quick, but safe to say we won't be returning to this location. read more

We got two 6 piece combos and four 4 piece combos five with lemonade and 1 with a Dr pepper. I believe it was like 69 bucks. Drive-thru was super packed, but the employee woking the window was fast & friendly. Got us in and out in a jiffy. We decided to pull over in their parking lot to grub so the chicken fingers wouldn't be cold by the time we got home. To be honest we weren't really impressed. Don't see the hype the chicken wasn't crispy at all and was just ok. Cole slaw lacked flavor big time. The texas toast was ok. Fries were meh and the lemonade was so watered down it was nasty AF! Probably the fastest serving Raising Canes I've ever been to. Seriously! Every other location there is always either long drive thru lines or a lot of people dining in and every table is completely taken. Not the case for this location. For some context, I came by Friday evening around 6-7pm. I was mentally prepared for a busy restaurant and a battle to find a table for my bf and I but to my surprise it was the complete opposite like I said. We were the only ones at the register when we made our order and after we were done ordering we sat down to wait. There were probably 3 other parties dining in too so it was pretty chill. It was so peculiar being able to appreciate the inside of a raising canes with it being so empty. There are cool disco balls, and pretty cool art on the walls. Plenty of seats inside and out. Food came out quick and fresh. A lot of people who have never had raising canes and try it for the first time would probably say it's boring and plain but personally, the chicken, toast, fries and cane sauce combo is just perfect. It's comforting and very hearty. I can see how someone would want a bit more flavor but all together is just right in my book. read more

Among all of the Raising Cane's, we went , this location so far I feel Safe going here at Night. And it seems that the way they cook the chicken here is better than any of the locations that we've been to. As usual, Raising Cane's has a lot of teenagers at night, that's why my son and his friends choose this place. I think that most of the time we are in any Raising Canes passed 12 midnight, I always see that me and my husband are the only Adult in this place ;) But this Raising Cane's is a Big help, especially with these Teenagers coming from the Theme parks passed 12 Midnight, it's our go-to stop for their Snacks before completely driving for long hours back to San Diego. read more
