I just wanna give a shout out to the staff at this location. I was waiting for my online order and one of the associates checked on me and my order around 8:50 (about 10 min before closing). One of the worst waba grills I have ever been to. I was waiting at the register for someone to help me and someone else came in after me and they offered to help him first despite me waiting already. When leaving and getting condiments one of the employees ran into me as I was turning around to leave and offered no hint of remorse or even a "sorry" or "excuse me". They state that they share specific instructions with their staff on the importance of frequent hand washing, great hygiene and proper glove use. Now the above is posted at the restaurant. On January 22, 2021, my family and I went to order food. After we made our order, we noticed the person on the person on the grill wasn't wearing gloves, the person chopping the meats had one glove on and person handling the vegetables and rice didn't have gloves on. Now grant it they all hand on masks. My father asked the person near the vegetables and rice was there a reason she didn't have gloves on. She then put one glove on. The hand she placed a glove on was the hand holding the bowl while the ungloved hand was the one getting the food. My father asked her if she could put a glove on that other hand and by her body language and her tone speaking to the other employees wasn't to happy. I went to the cashier and asked her if she could ask the other two employees if they could put gloves on. She went to the other two employees and that's when they all got upset about the request. We saw they had a problem with putting on gloves and requested a refund of our money which totalled a little over $65.00. We didn't appreciate the response to our reasonable request given what's going on with the pandemic. I would think you would want your customers to feel you're taking their concerns seriously. Awesome service, great fresh food and they made me want to come back and try it again tonight. ‍ Brought 3 people in with me and it was about a half hour to closing time and perhaps that's where I went wrong. 6 customers that came in after us were served ahead of us. The cashier had an issue with clarity even when asked... "Do you understand what I mean?" Long story short he got all four orders wrong. One of the two chicken dishes was dry as a peanut butter sandwich in a boot on a desert (what happened here?) I will say that the manager was trying her best to salvage the cashier's mistakes but once we got back to the house we realized that every order had issues. I'm not sure why everyone says the girls are rude when they are the sweetest kids ever I was there a couple days ago and the cooks were yelling at the poor girls yet they managed to keep their calm and take out their. A girl named Ashley took my order and my family and I loved her she looks mean but when she talks is so kind. The cooks made our family meal wrong and she was kind enough to switch our order. I believe the people who should receive all these mean comments are the cooks not the girls. Good didn't take long at all to come out from the time we paid however once I got home, the short rib plate I ordered looked very undercooked and just drenched in sauce. Trying to cut meat that's more on the undercooked side just looked like a pile of mashed meat till I finally gave up. Will not be returning.
