I visited OK Tofu House in La Sierra and had a mixed experience. The customer service was really okay just and everyone was friendly and attentive, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the japchae was really dry, which was disappointing since I was looking forward to it. Some of the other dishes were okay, but nothing stood out enough to make me want to come back. There is a lot of parking outside, but it looks pretty unsafe and not well-maintained, which made us feel uncomfortable when arriving. This is a hidden gem in Riverside. I had the beef tofu soup with a mild spice. The soup was very flavorful and the beef very tasty. The sides are all delicious. My faves had to have been the cucumber and seaweed salad. I got the combo tofu soup with hot stone spicy pork that was $27. I also tried the short ribs that my sister ordered and can say those were really good too. The staff is very friendly and attentive. They gave us extra sides at no cost. I always order their beef intestine tofu soup here. However, I think the quality has decreased. The soup didn't taste as flavorful as before. Tasted pretty water down.
