Critical thinking management with a 2.6/5 star review would have anticipated my napkin comment, avoided potential unfair reviews, and POSTED signage re the new napkin law. This Bakers is the worst Bakers there is. Every time I've been here (which is frequently because my house is around the corner) the drive thru is backed up and slow. I've gone to busier Bakers and still experienced a faster drive thru. This manager needs to figure out wtf is wrong. It doesn't matter what time of day either. On your way to work notice your early and need some breakfast? Don't stop here, you'll be late to work. Midnight snack so you want to come get a late night happy hour meal? Don't come here, you'll be home sometime in the early morning. Does Bakers have market managers? Compare your drive thru numbers here to every other Bakers and I guarantee this one is the lowest. I went through the drive-thru and Amanda was outstanding and helping me even allowing me to add a chocolate shake at the window since no one was in line. Ordered the classic chicken burrito make it big... And what a small, crappy, overpriced mistake. The chicken was a cut up chicken Pattie in three slices that was COLD. My burger patty was so overcooked and dry, which confuses me as to why my cheese wasn't even melted! The bun tasted like it was sitting out all day and the fries were not fresh and overcooked. This review isn't fair to Baker's since I've never eaten there. I gave them three stars since it's in the middle. An article about "budget meals" in Press Enterprise that included their name brought me to Yelp to check them out. With independent restaurants and smaller chains charging $14 or more for a burger meal, and raking in 5 star reviews, Baker's might want to reconsider sacrificing quality for bargain basement pricing. These days $8.99 is a bargain for a burger meal. Why not charge a little more and provide better quality and get better reviews? At the moment, Baker's doesn't sound or look appealing enough for me to even try. read more

Bakers is good fast food and has always been consistent at the other locations. When I go for breakfast it can take a long time if they are busy. What I usually get is the family meals, with burgers, tacos, burritos, and fries. I love the fries there they give a huge portion for the family meals. The tacos and burgers are always good and taste great. I love the mama meal and papa meals. I always for get they have taco burgers. The taco burgers are soooooo good! I try to get them with extra cheese. So fire! Although Bakers can take along time in the drive thru the food makes up for it. I'll continue to go and get my family meals when I'm being to lazy to cook. read more

First off as soon as you walk in the floors are covered with muck, stains crumbs all over the floors they look like they are not kept clean or mopped, all the tables have food and stains. No one comes out to wipe them down. I went to cashier, asked her for a spray bottle and rag to wipe my own table down. She never came. I get they can get busy, however they kept putting out burnt fries once asked to make fresh they were burnt again. I watched burgers sitting out getting cold. Once we got our food it was cold. I took them back and the manager she began to argue with me over me saying the food was cold. My husband and I will never return to this location.
