I used to go to this Bakers all the time when I went to CBU, which is located right next to it. Clean when walking in, no line, no wait, friendly service and incredibly quick. They bring the food to you so once you sit down your good till you are ready to leave. They often walk around and see if you need a refill, and they will even throw your trash away when finished if you want. OK so the food! I got the double cheese burger, very cheesy, fresh produce, and the meat is no super thick but tasty. They make it fresh to your order, which I love. Also got the fries, which are basic but good, not to greasy and again very fresh, had not been sitting around. My favorite part is the cherry coke, which is coke with a flavor splash of cherry, It tastes great been getting it for years. I do recommend this bakers! read more

Ordered the mama meal combo burrito and enjoyed it. The quality of the tortilla was way better than taco bell or other fast food joints, and the beans are cooked fresh daily...they were pretty good! They also have this spicy ketchup that pairs well with the fries too! We drove through and took it home, there was a line in the drive thru but it moved fairly quickly. My cousin ordered tacos and she said they were ok, and my aunt had the burger and liked very much...so overall we enjoyed! read more

Horrible! On taco Tuesday you'd think the tacos wouldn't be as stale as any other day. But not the case here at Bakers on Adams. This Bakers is an okay location. I have gone multiple times inside to eat and the food takes forever. The food is an okay quality, regular fast food and nothing too special. I only give the 4-star revue because employee Amanda is always super helpful anytime I come in. She's happy to take my order, get me refills, she makes good recommendations on food and drinks and has no problem letting you know about a cheaper option or better deal. She has great customer service, and I can't say much about the other workers, very slow. read more

So disappointed at the supervisors (Amanda) attitude. I had a situation where my card declined and I needed to make a transfer but guess what I left my phone at home, and me and my 4 boys (12yrs,10yrs,4yrs,10 mth) decided to take a nice walk so It wasn't an easy solution because it was a long walk back home! I understood I placed a large order but I knew I had the funds I just needed her to be patient with me and let me think of a solution, instead she seemed irritated, condescending and just plain rude with her demeanor. Luckily my son brought his phone so I was able to call my husband so he could transfer funds. After calming the boys, making the call and feeling so belittled I was able to pay. What's worse is that after a paid my almost 50.00 dollar balance she still was so rude!! Like lady I just paid 50.00!! I didn't waste your food, MY FOOD! And you still cop an attitude!! I've been rudely treated by their employees who clearly shouldn't work in the food industry with their funky attitudes. Service is slow and drive through takes forever. DO NOT VIST THIS LOCATION!! 3522 Adams st. Riverside Ca. 92504. I visit the drive thru at the Adams st location twice a day for breakfast and dinner. And I have NEVER gotten such rude awful service. I always order two tacos large fry and large coke. So first I order the tacos with extra cheese and I get a smart ass remark so you only want cheese on the tacos. I repeated no I want two tacos both with extra cheese. She then said ok. To finish my order I asked to make it papa size with a coke. She rudely told me I can't and I would have to order something else to get the papa meal. I said funny I come here EVERYDAY and never had this issue. So I said fine charge me for the two tacos. Then charge me for a large fry and a large coke. And SHE REFUSED! Why!!! It's my money if I want to order a large fry and large coke and 2 tacos and pay full price for all items I should be able to. I have always loved Bakers and this drive thru has almost always been good to be, but the last two times I was there I ordered a burger protein style with no cheese or anything else on it. The lady read it back to me, I had to correct her several times, and then when I got to the window she gave me this box with my food in it that spilled grease everywhere on my car seat and forgot to give me my drink. The burger had cheese on it and it just sitting on a pile of lettuce with sauce... not what I ordered at all. I don't eat a lot of fast food. I am a vegetarian and where I live there are no fast food restaurants with good vegetarian food. I could get a salad at McDonalds or whatever but it is overpriced and not good for you so no thanks. Anyway when I visit my parents (who live in Riverside, CA) I get to come to Bakers and it is a great treat. The veggie taco burger is probably my favorite of the vegetarian options. It is hot, it is filling, and it tastes pretty good! I also had the veggie wrap but it was underwhelming. I was hoping for more flavor or maybe more rice or beans or something. It just isn't satisfying. However that vegetarian taco burger is satisfying so I stuck with that the second time we went there. Also when you get fries make sure you pick up a lot of their spicy ketchup. I have no idea how they make it but it tastes so good. I usually don't eat ketchup on anything. I was raised where if you put sauce on something that means it tastes horrible and you need to use sauce to cover up the bad taste. My mom actually was the one who recommended that I try it. The spicy ketchup makes eating fries worth it! I couldn't believe how good it was. The drinks are large and there are delicious choices like vitamin water and green tea. You can also get bottled disani water (they only have very small bottles). Anyway for a vegetarian fast food restaurant they are great. if you want amazing food you shouldn't be going to fast food. Student of CBU this is literally walking distance for me ( like 2 minutes). Its so delicious!! It is definitely comparable to In N' Out to quality, taste, and price. It is so good it gets addicting. Priced well especially for a college student, I can actually afford it. They have good deals, and good specials as well as combo meals that is pretty well priced. read more

I had one of the worst customer service experiences today while at the drive thru at Baker's. It wasn't as busy as it normally is. The person who was working the drive thru and claimed to be the manager was one of the rudest persons I have ever encountered. He kept messing up out order and rushing through our order. I ended up reversing out of the drive thru and going in to talk to him. He did not take ownership or responsibility nor did he acknowledge any wrong doing. He should not be a manager. If I could give up this location less than one star I would be happy to do so. Over the last couple of years we have watched not only quality of the food diminish, the portions are approximately 25% less and the prices have grown to a similar level of sit down type coffee shops. We were shocked several days ago to go in and purchase a beef burrito, a medium drink and a small shake to find we were spending close to $12. The burrito was small and the meat was cold, the shake which is served in a very small cup cost $4.25. The overall attitude of the manager was, " to bad ". They are also known for their amazing hand dipped milkshakes. In California, Baker's has been known to ruffle the feathers of even big time fast food icons such as In- N- Out Burger, and even 5 Guys Burger and Fries. I give Baker's 5 out of 5 stars. I am so impressed with this company because of the great food and the great service. I would love to suggest that they expand their chain and branch off towards the Midwest, however, that would be taking away some of its genuine authenticity. read more
