The food truck is parked close to the welcoming center in Southwest Detroit at the entrance from Canada. There are outdoor seating areas in the vicinity where people could walk or drive to and enjoy their food if going home is too far. This is the kind of food that you'd want to eat hot and right away. The service/wait time was on point. The ordering/pick-up was smooth. I ordered the asada fries, a birria taco with consume, and birria Ramen. All items were good, but not amazing. They each could've used much more flavor. The meats seemed low grade. If better ingredients were used, these items would have been much tastier. I also expected my total to be a little less if I'm comparing this food truck to others in the area. With all of that said. I would go back for the Ramen, bringing a bottle of Sazon with me.

We ended up trying the chips & cheddar queso, which was pretty good, chips just a little greasy. I got the yuzu shrimp taco and Korean BBQ taco, which were interesting with the hard shell encased by flour tortilla - you don't see that everywhere.
