I needed to buy additional oil for my car, so I decided to step in. I had just come from a nearby Indian grocery store and had a small plastic bag with a single small item (paneer). I selected the oil, went to the register, and noticed the cashier was busy. I asked if anyone else could help, and another employee came over. After I paid for the oil, I placed the receipt in the grocery bag. The oil was still in my hand. At that point, the employee asked, "What do you have in your bag?" When I asked why, he said it was "to make sure you are not stealing from us." I showed the bag, but I was shocked and offended. In my 47 years of life, I have never been accused of stealing. If there are concerns, please rely on your cameras and internal procedures rather than making direct accusations to paying customers. This interaction was unnecessary and left a very unpleasant impression.

We needed a leak fixed on my crane so we could…read moreget it certified later that day, the tech came out and couldn't repair the hard line issue but said we could do a soft line to repair the leak until we could get it into the repair shop for a more permanent fix. We'll in installing the soft line the tech bent and broke the line next to it so when the guy that went to certify the crane fired up the truck it shot oil 12' in the air. Needless to say we couldn't get the crane certified and have a broken truck but now the business is saying their not responsible and basically if we want to fix their mistake that we would have to Pay them. Well needless to say you've lost a customer and hopefully others will heed this warning. I would suggest taking your repairs to someone that will stand behind their work because we went from one issue to now not even being able to put the crane away. Thanks for nothing...

When the boat for us showed up Darren answered any questions we had. He speaks with few words and doesn't embellish or pretend to know everything about everything. What I'm saying is that you can tell he's telling the truth. On our test drive we had a small problem that Darren quickly diagnosed with a ballast tank. When we arrived back at the shop he sent us out for lunch while he fixed the problem. With the problem fixed Darren sent us home saying, "You're going to love this boat.
