When it came my husband got the order he didn't want to make the delivery guy sit around while he count all the pieces. Then we decided we would need to wait for awhile to build because of financial reasons, so a year later we were putting it up and realized we were a pallet short on siding . My husband called them to see if they could see if they could track the pallet. They looked in their system and it was saying it was in the bay still, so they said oh let us go check on that, a few days went by and my husband called them back and they said "sorry it wasn't there ". Our complaint is obviously they didn't bring it, and their system reflected that, and we have zero access to their system so we obviously weren't trying to rip them off in anyway. Why not try to in the least work with us on a discount since both of us played a part . you guys didn't bring it and we waited a long time to count it.

I was replacing a toilet in my upstairs master bathroom when I noticed the flange was rotted away as I was picking at it the sub-flooring started going with it. I was very concerned. Even prepared to file a homeowners insurance claim. The old toilet had slowly been leaking into the wood sub-flooring. The insulation fortunately contained the water so no leak downstairs and no mold. Fixer was the only company that could get me a handyman in the same day (competitors were weeks away). Ian stayed until 9pm roughly fixing my sub-flooring and installing a new flange. The attention to detail was impeccable. The job was done at the highest standard. Fixer responded promptly with their hourly rate, outlined that they prorate shopping time and charge to the minute rather than by the hour. That vanity was HEAVY at about 250 lbs and it was being installed in a very tight space so having two people worked out so I could do other things around my renovation project while they wrangled with the cabinet and plumbing. Brian and Chang were great. They were prompt, professional, friendly, and kept us in the loop every step of the way. They made sure we were happy with the project and I was comfortable having them in my home and would happily have them back for another project in the future I also like the fact that the company pays their people, gives them benefits, keeps up with continuing education, vets their people thoroughly, and makes it a point to hire minorities. I understood estimates for contracting this job ranged from $350 to $600. Instead, I went to Anasazi Sand and Rock. Their manager (Karl) pointed me to a selection of Arizona Flagstone. They estimated the cost, loaded 150 pounds of Ledgestone rocks into my car and charged me $62.60! I placed the flagstone and the little garden looks beautiful. This was a $63 Job, but they treated me like a $10,000 client. They were wonderful. They gave me advice, estimated how much I needed, walked me around their yard to look at choices, loaded the rocks in my car, and invited me back if I needed more.
