My daughter took a break then went back to core dance because at the time it was a good studio. Then not seeing and realizing that way the owner Alexis and her staff and some parents who she favored got better treatment then others at her dance studios I won't name parents names that do but they know who they are. I know that things will be like that everywhere but think of the kids not your selfish ways. Due to certain situations my daughter had to stop going there. I was so shocked that the way my daughter was treated and the way her grandmother and myself were ill never tell any of my friends who ask where a good dance studio is it will be not be core dance studio! There were some unprofessional things that were done that was not okay which I'll keep that since it was personal that the owner had said to other people. Just know this is to help keep in mind of things when looking for a great dance studio. We are now happy we found a great dance studio in paso with some amazing owners dancers parent which is so refreshing now but I hope people learn that it's not about the money always its about kids trying to enjoy life and be appreciated for there hard work.

I called ahead to make sure I was following the correct protocol for new students and was told I could sign up for any class. So I booked a 6:00 am session, woke up early, and arrived on time, only to find out I had been removed from the schedule without any notice. No email, no text, no call. When I asked the instructor what happened, there was no apology, no effort to help, and no offer to make things right. I was just... dismissed. To make matters worse, I still haven't received a refund for that class, or for another one I had signed up for. It's really disappointing because I was genuinely excited to try this studio. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this one left me feeling ignored and disrespected. I hope they treat future new clients with more care and professionalism.

Even more so I find it very strange the sauna is located in the lobby. Making eye contact with people in their swimsuits in the sauna while I walk upstairs is always awkward and the only reason I don't pay extra for the sauna is because of the location of it. Shoe rentals, chalk bags, and harnesses are included in your day pass/membership. Kids under 7 are free with a member. One side is bouldering (no rope) and the other side had automatic and manual belays. I'd never tried an auto belay and it was AWESOME. They also have a weight room and small cardio area. Come workout while the kids climb! Or come for a fun day out of the weather.
