The sudden cloud of dust covered the front of my freshly washed car, undoing all the work I had just put in. I hadn't even started vacuuming yet, and the staff didn't seem interested in addressing the situation beyond repeating their closing script. It was disappointing because in the past, arriving shortly before closing was never an issue, and the vacuums stayed on long enough to finish the job. This time, the experience felt rushed and dismissive, which isn't what I expect from a place I visit regularly. They actively made my car dirtier, and now I have to carve out more time on a different day to finish what should've been a simple wash.

I am glad I tried this place; I have been coming here ever since. I get the $14 wash, and it does a good job. They also have two staff members hand-dry your car after the wash. Today was the last straw. Came in for the $49.99 bucket wash, got quoted $59.99 -- turns out they tried charging my sedan at SUV pricing. When I called it out, instead of correcting it, the guy pivoted to pitching a wax coating add-on. Then came the mat upsell -- pushed hard on paying extra to "wash" my mats, when vacuuming already comes standard and is all silicone mats actually need. I shouldn't have to fight for a fair price every single time I come in. Between the constant upcharges and deflection tactics, it's clear this is standard practice here, not a one-off mistake. Loyal customer no more.

They have three wash levels to choose from, I don't really notice the difference so I usually go with the Classic Joe, the basic tier. There is always a spot for me to park after to dry off the car and vacuum. It seems like they do a good job of maintaining that self-serve cleaning area as there are always fresh towels and working vacuums. Even though there's a recommended time limit of 15 min, if nobody is waiting, I take my time and never feel rushed or pressure from anyone. Most recently on the free car wash day, it was already the end of the day and I imagine the employees had been running at max capacity all day as the line was out of the parking lot and down the street. I still only waited about 10 min to get to the tunnel. My transmission had an electrical glitch and my car broke down right as I was aligning my wheels onto the tunnel track. I started to panic because I wasn't sure how to get the car into neutral and was worried about causing damage to my car if I couldn't get it properly on the track while it was moving. The employee immediately stopped the track was really patient with me and tried to help, and when she realized it was out of scope, right away got a supervisor to help. They patiently walked me through resetting my car system and safety getting it into neutral on the track. I was feeling so bad that I backed up the line on an already busy day, but my moment of stress, they showed the upmost professionalism and calm on what was probably a very stressful day for them too. Really appreciated their kindness and will continue to return!
