They are now Genie Car Wash and refused to honor coupons (all deals on wall are exactly as they have been for years from Gentle Touch). They told me to pick up a form at the counter. They gave me a letter telling that I had to send all unused, undamaged and original coupons to them with my own self addressed return envelope. In addition, they demanded a copy of my drivers license. This information is not public and they should not be asking for it. This is crap. I came here a few months ago and had a great experience. Everyone was professional and my car was cleaned throughly. I was so impressed that a bought one of their 5 prepaid car wash packages. Each car wash coupon is for a hand wax with Golden touch, vacuum, windows cleaned inside and out and tire dressing. Today I brought my car in and wow, what a difference a few months make. I'm not sure if management has changed or if there are new employees but this was one of the worst car washes I've ever had. After roughly 40 mins I was called over to my car. I started walking around the car and pointing out additional marks and stains that were apparent and were totally missed. I noticed a red stain that was on the bottoms of my passenger widow was still there as I was leaving. Once I got inside I was even more shocked. Nothing was cleaned, wiped down or swept thoroughly at all. My car wasn't waxed at all either. It was like they wiped the windows and called it a day. This was such a huge disappointment. At this time I'm stuck with a handful of prepaid coupons that I have no interest in using and a car that's still dirty! This service was so subpar it's shocking. There are so many car wash places in this city that there is no reason to come here. Especially with the virus raging it takes a lot for a person to make the effort support local businesses. "The $15 car wash doesn't clean ogf the bee poop". I was in the area, needed a wash because while the car was in the drive, it gets lots of those yellow bee poop on it. I didn't need the inside detailed, so I got the $15 wash. Hindsight, I should have gotten the$10. The wash attendant sprayed my car first, and then I went thru the wash. When we came out the bee poop was still all over the car. Normally the finisher will use the cloths to wipe it off. I asked the guy to wipe the bee poop off and his reply was no, $15. You have to pay $25. So your 15 was doesn't clean the car? I paid $15 for an exterior only wash that didn't clean my car. At least if I go to the luv car wash the bee poop comes off. What little is left, I remove it myself with a cloth when I vacuum the car. read more

I just literally struggle to maintain the cleanliness of my car during the semester and you can really tell sometimes But regardless of how embarrassed I feel, these guys do a great job. The pricing is fair and never had I seen a car wash soooo clean. For $20 + tip you get the inside of your car vacuumed and the outside washed to the extent it's sparkling. Like really, whenever I come here, my eyes literally hurt afterwards when driving because of how clean my windows are (this is not a joke, it's really sad how serious I am about this). They have these booklets of 10 washes that cut the price down ridiculously low. But they put in the same amount of work. I just saw 2 guys vacuum the car for 10 min. Then they pre-scrubbed it by hand (I have a ton of dried up yellow bee poo spots) before running it through the wash. You gotta have 30 min to do this wash as they go over it super well. Don't forget a good tip for those guys! read more

DO NOT come here! If you want a half ass car wash, then this place is perfect for you. I came here today (on a Thursday) around 4pm, and the place wasn't busy at all. There was only ONE car in front of me, mind that- so there was no need to rush the car wash job. I paid for the "Gold Wash" which includes: wash, tire dressing, windows cleaned in & out, air freshener, vacuum, and dash wipe down. Well, 30 minutes later... my car is ready- and it WAS NOT READY. I kindly asked the man to wipe down few spots. He did, but quickly and with no care at all. He just blantly did not seem to care about his service. My floors were NOT vacuumed! There was no "air freshener" scent in the car? My tires were "dressed", but NOT CLEANED! My dash still had dirt on it, and was NOT wiped down! Inside overall was NOT cleaned thoroughly- there was trash still in my car that was there BEFORE the car wash. Nobody cared enough to actually clean the interior of my car. There were places on my car where it was dry with dirt as like it was never washed or touched! I paid $25 for this service, and did NOT get what I paid for and what they promoted for as their "Gold Touch". It should be called "Half-Ass Touch" instead. I spent an hour afterwards washing my car myself and doing the simple tasks that the "Gold Touch" should have had been done on my car. This might be the worst Carwash I've ever been to. I paid for the $34.9 cleaning which isn't the lowest and it says it's going to wash the dash etc. and they didn't either and when I went back and asked him why he said you should pay for detail and this is San Diego. What kind of customer service is this? So I took the towel and cleaned it myself. It's literally the doorhandle panel. And the dash panel and the stereo, all you need to do just use a towel and wipe over it and I left him a five dollar tip before I even knew he did a half ass job.
