I left work at 4 pm to get a car wash and this place is constantly closing early. Doesn't make any sense since businesses are usually open from 9-6 pm or later to accommodate their customers. Don't buy be a book of coupons if you can't use them after 4 pm. Hopefully they start staying open later. read more

I took my 2009 car to Midway Express Car Wash for a full interior and exterior detail, and I am absolutely blown away by the results. The car was honestly in rough shape--years of buildup, dirt, and grime--and they brought it back to life. Ok, so my F350 is a pain to wash so I usually do it myself. 35" tires/wheels and a lift. But on a whim brought it to Midway Express and unlike other car washes, these folks not only took care of the wash but showed great attention to detail in the hand drying work. Too big and heavy to go thru wash using their "drive mechanism" one of their employees "rode" it through at same pace as the other cars. Will be back. read more

I came here for the first time and bought the $30 wash. The worker greeted me and was nice, but right after I told him it was my first time he started trying to push a package on me. Car wash: It was just okay. After looking closely there were more than a few spots missed. Interior: They didn't wipe anything down. Not sure if it was because it was leather, or they just don't clean it. They barely vacuumed. My mats were moved around, but still had dirt, fur, and sand. It was like the didn't even vacuum my car. Used old and dirty towels to dry the car and wheels then use the same towels to clean the inside. It left a bunch of black marks and left my light gray interior with black marks, they also left dirty finger prints all over the inside and window. read more

They were pretty pushy trying to sell me a "book" of 10 washes which I repeatedly declined. I was there about 90 minutes for a Super Wash for $28. There were a number of other customers but the service was SOOOO slow. I watched how very slowly some of them operated while wiping the cars and windows. Once I finally drove off with my car, I immediately could see many obvious soiled areas inside the car that hadn't been touched. I will not return to this business. read more

I was searching for a place to have my vehicle detailed, but the place I chose was booked through the weekend and suggested I go here for a car wash. I will start with the good, the staff here are friendly and patient, which is a plus in my book! Hours and package prices are clearly listed along with breakdowns of what you will be receiving with each package. Also, service here is pretty quick, which is great if you're in a hurry and just wanna get in and out. Now for the not-so-good, although I was grateful that my car came out looking better than it did prior to going through the machine, my car could have been cleaned a bit better. I paid for the $30 package, because I wanted my tires/rims cleaned and dressed. After the wash, my tires and rims were still pretty soiled. Also, a lot of dirt and dust remained on my floor and console after having been vacuumed. I also had a light scratch on part of my console, which hadn't been there before. I'm guessing it may have come from a tool. It honestly didn't bother me much. I just wished a more thorough job had been done on my vehicle. I honestly think everyone had checked out for the day. I was there about an hour before closing, and I'm sure they were tired. Overall, would I, and will I return here? Yes, I would and will. The friendliness of the staff alone is enough to bring me back. However, during my next visit, I will speak with the manager/owner about my experience and request that more attention be given to my vehicle. Despite being slightly dissatisfied with my first visit here, I made sure to leave a tip, because a service was provided and it was pretty hot outside. read more

There has to be a better option. I paid $35, for the deluxe car wash. First let me state that my car appears to be cleaner than I brought it in kind of. Wash was not great and yellow spots are still present. The wax was rubbed on poorly. The tires where not cleaned before tire shine applied and caked on and not rubbed in. The inside was poorly cleaned and the back seats not even vacuumed. It did not look like any attempt to wipe down the inside of the doors. I asked the guy to fix the problems but he wiped it in a hurry and moved on. Not great customer service. I guess I will move on as well. read more

I made the mistake of paying for a monthly membership at the LUV car wash when I was new to the area. It really was terrible. A total waste of money. The machine didn't even get all the soap off. I needed a better solution nearby. Found it!!! It is okay, fast and easily accessible. They do okay job in quick time. Not impressed with quality of the work- been here three times, each experience is the same. I have been going to this car wash for years, since back when the express wash was $12.99. I have periodically had issues but they always addressed promptly. Today I took my car in for an express wash, now $21.99 and they gave me a mandatory upcharge of $5 (23% premium) because my car was "extra dirty". It isn't like I was mudding in the car. It is a Mazda3 that has been parked in front of my house and was dusty. I watched the "extra" wash that they charged me for and it was the same as they did to the 2 cars before mine. I mentioned this to the person at the register and suggested if they want to raise the prices 23% just to do so rather than this suspicious upcharge. He just wanted to argue that those cars were dirty, too. Duh, it is a car wash. We don't bring our cars to be washed when they are clean. Also, "extra dirty" is subjective. They claimed it was to remove the little yellow bird spots but those are still there. So what did I get for the extra 23%? Apparently just a hassle. If you want to raise prices just do so. This experience was shady and they are no longer customer friendly. read more
