Came here since the kitchen was still open after we arrived late at night in Mexico City. The food was just okay - we got the Argentinian Chorizo pizza and two kinds of empanadas (meat and ham/cheese). The ham empanadas were too heavy on the cheese and slightly cold on the inside. The pizza was solid, especially the crust. Given how much good food there is in CDMX I think this is missable unless you need a late night spot in a pinch. read more

We decided to come here for dinner the last night because it was always so packed when we walked by. I realize after going it may be because of the ambiance/value. For two people with drinks and an app it was around $30 USD. very affordable. The pizza was ok, i really just think the dough could have been cooked for longer since it was doughy and fluffy rather than crispy on the bottom. read more

One of my favorite spots in all of Mexico City. The outside area is very big and the ambiance is great since you can take in the city life, still under shade. Service was good as well, got sat quickly and they were very attentive with everything. Their food is what really stood out though. The salad, with unique ingredients really put it over the edge. I was able to modify the spaghetti, to have bolognese sauce, and it was phenomenal. Best Italian food I had in the city. read more

This restaurant is very close to where we were having meetings, and it looked like a good place when I walked past. So I called my wife and told here to come on over. We sat in the shade at a table along the sidewalk, and I noticed the couple next to is eating a pizza, and I could tell that this thing was huge. They have 18 different specialty pizzas to choose from, and each one of those seemed tempting from the menu description. We voted to get the Chikana Pizza which had Pollo empanizado among other toppings. The sauce was their own special blend, and they also added mozzarella cheese. She ordered a leamonaide to drink, and I got the orange juice drink. We actually had a. Our of different servers help us, and they all worked together as a team. This is a really nice restaurant with a complete bar, and we enjoyed the dinner. read more

While the empanadas are amazing with their side sauces, although, I have an obsession with their shrimp pizza. It's a simple pizza but every bite makes you crave more. I typically order all of my food off Rappi or I do pick up orders. However, the location is nestled nicely in the condesa area. It's an open restaurant concept which is great for covid protocol measures. The service is always fast and the employees truly cater to your needs. read more

Stopped here for lunch on our CDMX trip. Service was great and the food was great too. Cute little establishment in a good location. We tried the Hawaiian pizza , loved that they did not get their pineapple out of a can.. ( yes you can tell the difference and yes pineapple does belong on pizza) None the less we really enjoyed our food, service could be better but maybe our server was just having a bad day . read more

For a change of flavor, we decided to have pizza for dinner. The host at our B&B recommended Balboa Pizzeria, and I'm glad he did. We shared a large Margarita Pizza that was fabulous. The pizza was covered with fresh tomatoes and the crust was fantastic. read more

They like to rip off tourists. The menu clearly states that all prices already include the IVA tax but on our receipt they added it again and double charged. I asked the manger and he made up some excuse which made no sense. read more

We stumbled across this pizzeria as we were walking around the Condesa neighborhood looking for a break from Mexican food. They serve small/individual (4 slices) and large (8 slices) pizzas. Overall they were good wood fired pizzas. The Hawaiian pizza was great, definitely recommend this one. The margarita was weird, made with tomato slices instead of tomato sauce (unlike it's counterpart, the Italian margherita), definitely not one I'd order again. read more

We came here on recommendation from a friend and like it so much we ate dinner here twice during a short visit to CDMX. Our first visit we had a caprese salad and a pizza, second visit I had the raviolis and my wife had a pasta dish all were delicious! Service was good and prices reasonable - 2 cocktails, dinner for 2 and a bottle of wine with tip were about $50 USD for both of our visits read more

Scam alert! The waiters here purposefully mischarge you and add unauthorized, bloated tips for themselves hoping you don't notice. I know that not speaking the language, one of my biggest fears is being taken advantage of. Well here, you don't have to worry about that because it wIll definitely happen. I noticed our waitress sneakily added almost $100 pesos as a tip for herself without our permission (her service was awful as well). She was so confident that we would not even notice that she just tried to walk away. Honestly, pizza of all dishes is not worth the stress and anxiety of counting every penny here because of their dishonest staff. Choose another restaurant. read more
