We wanted to try this restaurant last year but ended up going somewhere else. This year we finally…read morevisited, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Giovanni was helpful and gave us great menu recommendations. I ordered the mango margarita, but it was too sweet and I could barely taste any alcohol. We got tacos, quesadilla, and guacamole. The tacos and quesadilla were delicious, but they could put some more meat on it, and the tortillas were fresh. Chips and salsa are not free. The guacamole, however, was watery and lacked flavor. Overall, the prices were reasonable, the food was ok, and the view was amazing. Still not sure if I would come back.

The only consistent thing is the view The food is all seafood/ mariscos .. I usually go with the ceviche tostadas or cocktail because it's the most basic and common food for the area. It's always fresh and the flavor is good. I've had the fried fish and it's also pretty consistently good, ask for lots of limes The drinks are sometimes all sugar with barely any alcohol. The bacon wrapped shrimp is usually overdone, rice is often dry or overcooked, the fries sometimes look and taste like they've been under a heat lamp. On this last visit I was told the chipotle sauce for the bacon wrapped shrimp was too sweet, almost like cough syrup. I passed on the opportunity to try it. With all that said .. I'll likely be back because sometimes you get lucky and it's all great!!

We've been here before and i've always liked their food and service but today that all changed…read moreapparently either there's new owner's new Cook or new management or something, but it took over an hour to get our food and when it came out, it wasn't hot about 40 minutes into our wait . The waiter came out and said I'm sorry it'll be another 20 minutes the thing that's surprising is we were the only customers, I can't understand why it would take an hour to get my food. My grandson who ate here once before and thought their hamburger was the best in the world wanted to come back here because the patty he had last time was thick and handmade and very flavorful this burger Was what looked like out of a package you get at Costco with the frozen patties it had no flavor was overcooked, and the bacon was raw. The french fries were overcooked had no flavor and were terrible. My shrimp tacos were cold. They used to come out with some sauce and beans and rice and you had three big tortillas with a lot of shrimp. These were tiny little tortillas with some minimum shrimp their prices are jacked up really high now and then something we found out that not only this place is doing but a lot of others in Rocky Pointe is they're giving you a menu with prices in dollars and then when you get your bill, they convert into pesos at a higher peso rate so you're paying another 10% more than actual price. When are the businesses in this town going to understand they're driving the tourist away. It's getting more expensive to dine out in Rocky Pointe than it is in the United States. The food was terrible today. The waiter tried to make lots of excuses. He was a very nice guy, but this place will be lucky to stay in business if they keep up these practices and poor Service
