When I had come in the other day, I knew what I wanted, but in regard to which pieces/ products to choose was what I needed assistance with on deciding what would work best for me. A gentleman working in the store came to assist me with my purchase and he couldn't have been of better help! He literally asked me what I wanted to use the piece for and then showed me to the display case, which had all the pieces that would work best for me. Not only was I able to find a pink piece, which usually I find is difficult because I find that most smoke shops don't always have any pink pieces in stock when I go shopping; but the price was by far the best part of my shopping experience because the prices were so discounted! I love that the sales representative was very knowledgeable about his products and that always stands out to me. There is nothing worse than going someplace to purchase something and the person assisting you not having any knowledge on what they're trying to sell you. Knowing your product not only shows you're really there for the customer, but shows that they actually represent the place where they work! I will definitely be returning for more! I asked for a refund or exchange and he said no, he won't do that. there is some back-and-forth as I continued to impress upon him my lack of faith in that product once it was " charged " and if I left home and it was not able to keep a charge, I was out of luck. I paid for a product that was defective so I must get a refund or an exchange for a product that works and he continued to say no. there is no information about all sales are final or buy at your own risk. Why would he have me try the item in the first place if he was just going to not Offer any recompense for a defective item. The manager was friendly. This shop has a better-than-average selection for those of us who roll our own. Several brands of loose tobacco - not just Red River, but including American Spirit.
