balch alignment did a routine oil change on my car. Less than 100 miles later the car started making noises, and was found to have zero oil in it. They towed it to their shop, the next day I was told there was oil all over the engine and they didn't know where it was coming from because everything with the oil change was tight and done correctly. I was spoken to very rudely, told I needed to go there in person to speak with the owner and when I asked how do I get there I don't have a vehicle was told take an uber or taxi there. I found out later the owner was standing right there. There was zero issues, leaks, or problems with the vehicle before taking it to Balch. I paid for a tow to Strosnider Chevrolet where they cleaned the engine, added oil and let the car run and THERE WAS ZERO NOISES OR OIL LEAKS. Theres no way the engine miraculously fixed itself. Balch refused to admit they messed up the oil change. read more

My son took his truck there for a front end alignment they told him it need both inner tie rods before the alignment could be done. The repairs there would be over $500. The play was very small I checked it once he got home I would have done the alignment but would have told him theres no warranty do to the small amount of play. Instead they char him $27 for checking the front end. I asked if parts were replaced and brought back would the $27 go towards the alignment that he had come there for. Was told no the alignment fee would still be the full fee. This place is a joke. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL read more

Scam. I don't recommend those people. I called over the phone for pricing .. and when I went there, they came up with a bunch of crappy reasons why it went up from $70 to almost $300 !! And when I said I didn't wanna do it anymore, they charged me $30 fee for telling me what's wrong with it?? Seriously! I already came knowing damn well what was wrong with my car ! Would avoid this place at all cost. Went in for an inspection and alignment..... ( $54.95 and $16) Once it was there they then told me $40-$50 repair for a tire/wheel stud (that seemed fine when it was dropped off) then tried calling me back and I didn't get the call so when I returned the call he then told me it will be $80-$90 I said never mind i dont want it done the response was well it's already done. My total was now $181 (This was someone on the phone) So I go in to get the car and asked for a print out of the charges the total was now $204 "Oh we forgot we rotated two tires for $20 more" Once again something I didn't ask for. I asked to speak to the owner and his response was I did what I thought was right. Charging someone DOUBLE for something isn't right. I told him I would pay the $50 but no more his response was "I'll go cut the stud off the car then and take off the inspection sticker and change it to a ejection sticker. I responded with go take it off then! Yes the owner Chris Balch told me this!!!! At this point he stormed out slamming the door and running his mouth and complaining. Then he came back in and told the guy upfront "just charge him whatever he thinks is far then this is bull crap". I WOULD NEVER EVER RETURN HERE He was trying to take advantage of a FEMALE dropping her car off for repairs and didn't expect me to be there for pickup!! read more

The owner is a complete jerk!!! He did some work to my car that was not authorized and when he was called out on it, he said "well I will just take the part off of the car and fail the inspection and you can go elsewhere". All over $80. I think it's funny how his whole attitude changed when my spouse walked in there. He was trying to take advantage of a girl who knows nothing about cars. I then over heard him say "when I called her she said it was her car now he said it is his car". Well, the guy is my spouse so why would that be a problem? Why would it be a problem if a random person paid for it, as long as it was paid? WOW!!! I have NEVER witnessed someone wanting to ruin their reputation over $80 of unauthorized work. AND on top of that, my window is broken. But I won't have them fix it. Good Riddance Balch Alignment. You suck!!!! read more

I took my son's vehicle here last year and received outstanding service. So when Honda quoted me an extremely high price for tire rotation and front end alignment on my car, I decided to come here instead. The staff was very professional and pleasant. The cost was fair and the work was awesome. They even found a small hole in one of my tires that others couldn't find! I don't know what the other reviewer did or said to them and what happened but I can tell you a good friend of mine referred me here and I am glad he did. We will definitely be coming back!
