FBI told me to call the DPD's Financial Crimes division to get them to look into the account owner, who is either intentionally or unwittingly acting as a fraud ring money laundering mule. When I did, the DEI phone operator, probably miserable at her lowly position with zero prospects for advancement so late in life, was rude and unsympathetic, telling me I had NO PROOF that this happened!!! I have proof - documents, emails, texts, and the wire loss itself, LOL. For her to say that, and so pompously... these people are not "protecting and serving", that's for sure, lol.
