Nice coffee shop. We had heard from locals this place had good coffee and it does. The latte was great. The place was clean/modern w/ plenty of seating.

Lovely little coffee shop on Main Street in Blowing Rock. The inside is quaint and clean, while there's some additional tables and chairs outside so that you can enjoy your beverage of choice in the fresh air. My grandmother was hoping for some kind of baked good, but the only offering available by the time we arrived were some prepackaged mini muffins. It doesn't seem like there's generally much of a selection available, as the display for baked goods is quite small... they could definitely improve in this area. Both my mother and grandmother ordered regular coffees. I decided to shake it up a little and order a London Fog. Typically, you'll find London Fogs made with Earl Grey Tea, unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or something similar) that's foamed, and vanilla extract. Unfortunately, my London Fog here didn't have any hint of vanilla... so it left a bit to be desired. Service here is attentive though. There was only one person working when we visited, and there was a group of 4 or 5 people that came in as a group right after us. The barista made sure to take care of everyone and any waiting was minimal.

A great coffee spot in Blowing Rock! They offered a variety of different coffees, espressos and teas! Something for everyone! They had quite a few syrup options. Including one that had cinnamon, which isn't as common. One thing my friends noted was that their chai tea mix was sugar free. This is apparently not the normal case for chai tea. She was delighted and loved it! There was also a little sitting area right outside the shop. Super cozy and fun!

It's good for what it is. A quick cup of cold or hot coffee. Staff was friendly and it's a quaint little kiosk. Restroom is available. Places to sit and enjoy your brew. Just unremarkable. It's ok.

This is the cutest coffee shop! With the nicest staff. We enjoyed vanilla and brown sugar & cinnamon lattes.

Was perusing around town, stopped in for a coffee, Stephen one of the batista was super Friendly and knowledgeable. Suggested a maple lavender latte. It was perfect. The young lady who made the drink was very sweet and friendly. The store was clean and well organized. Price point was reasonable.

The coffee here was great. They do all their flavors in house which made my latte super delicious. There is a courtyard right outside for sitting.

Excellent iced chai latte! I loved my iced chai with almond milk. The chai spices were excellent and was refreshing on a hot day. I had a fabulous time relaxing on a sunny day. Great service! We parked and walked so it was easy to go there. Definitely need to park and walk in downtown BR.

As someone who would drink the overpriced mermaid coffee because it was loaded with sugar and wasn't bitter. Had an espresso late at the Boone location and was the best cup I've ever had. Don't need the extra sugar or flavors with this coffee. I've tried the Espresso, El Tio, Blue Star Moms and Nicaragua blends. Can't go wrong with any of them. Don also is a joy to talk to and loves the community.

Long wait on a holiday weekend but worth it; best pumpkin spice latte I've ever had. Really cute spot with some seating inside. Worth a pop-in for sure.

Great coffee with a really nice indoor seating area. The patio outside is even better when the weather is nice. I had a Nitro Cold Brew that was smooth and refreshing. The service was slow, but only because one barista was doing it all. I thanked her for her hard work and left a nice tip. These days I'm grateful for young people who are willing to work hard.

Cute little coffee shop in Blowing Rock near the park. I had a drip coffee. Was hoping to have a pastry also but all they had left were muffins. The decor is beautiful and there is adequate seating. Prices are a little higher than the other coffee shop down the street.

    Stylish interior and good coffee

Coffee Shop No. 492 Camp Coffee Roasters…read moreBlowing Rock NC April 9 2025 Camp Coffee Roasters is a little coffee shop in Blowing Rock, North Carolina, a charming little mountain village. The downtown area sits about a mile from the iconic Blue Ridge Parkway (connects the Great Smoky Mountains National Park in North Carolina to the Shenandoah National Park in Virginia). Camp Coffee Roasters has a cozy vibe and an obvious appreciation for the outdoors. It might have something to do with their neighbors; Footloggers, an outdoor store. Be sure to climb the stairs near the front door of the coffee shop. They lead to a loft, overlooking Footloggers, where you can relax in a wing back chair or get some work done at a table near a window. The barista was friendly and made a respectable cortado. Enjoying life one cortado at a time!

This time, however, my mom and I were extremely disappointed. We were served by a young man who seemed to be the owner's son, while the owner and another young man stood behind the counter. He forgot to ask what sizes we wanted, and when I got my Campfire Cold Brew, it came without cream. The menu clearly said: Cold brew, marshmallow, Hershey chocolate, and cream. I thought maybe it wasn't my drink, but the young man confirmed it was. When I asked if it was supposed to have cream, he said no, but that he could add some. I double-checked the menu: "It says it comes with cream." That's when an older woman suddenly appeared, glaring. "There's cream right there," she snapped. I'm guessing she was his mom, given her signature mama bear energy. Sorry, lady! I was just trying to make sure I got what I paid for, especially since two small coffees cost $16. Anyway, if you're looking for an adventure, head to Camp Coffee. You might not see a wild bear in the mountains, but you just might meet one behind the counter
