Having had nothing to do with the factory defect, and in spite of not having seen a tank in the particular configuration mine was in, he replaced the wick for free. I also want to give a specific shout out to Avery (Hope I spelled this right, the cool guy with the long hair) He always helps me pick the best vape flavors but recently I decided to switch from disposable to full refillable vape and I'm very happy with the one he recommended. Mine constantly acted as if something were stuck and wouldn't let me suck. I would have to take it off of the battery and try to blow air through either end. This was almost immediately after my first use. I wasn't sure if it was the battery that i had also bought from them but i tested the battery with other branded vapes and it works just fine. Seems to be in need of a finer fix
