He said he'd call back once he spoke to his supervisor about what he can do about the furnace. I called the office 3 times over the next two days and they literally left me hanging. So in the end, they took $535 from me and never fixed the issue. I called pseg and they got my furnace working with minutes at no cost. Pseg said the drain tray needed emptying. That was it.

I had explained to the receptionist that additional gas piping was needed to hook up our new dryer, but that information was not relayed to the technician that was sent out. In fact, the plumber couldn't even make it as scheduled, so they sent someone else. He did a good job, and gave us a discount, but it seemed like anything he observed was not passed on to the guys that came to do the actual work. It was like starting from scratch.
